  • i want this deck but will it fit gullwing sidewinders?? please respond

  • @MreveryonehatesBing Sidewinders will fit and rides well. If you're over a 180 pounds, you might want a stiffer board.

  • how much does it cost?

  • u think this would be good with gullwing chargers?

  • @MrJmranderson stalkers*

  • It's a remake of the the apex 37. Sector 9 boards suck. try an original, there boards are pros

  • @happygingerkid sector 9's downhill division boards are the fastest boards I have ever ridden and there shakas are nice free ride boards. Original has some good boards but their not the greatest. Ever heard of rayne or landyachtz?

  • this board sucks. sector nine decks are way to heavy, trucks have terrible turning radus, bearings are shit, wheels are OK, and are just well made. Bustin' Boards all the way people!!!

  • @MrAmazingasian16 Your comment sucks, you have obviously never rode this board or picked it up. this board weighs nothing, thanks to the carbon fiber.

  • @whitepsp13 you've obviously never picked up a Bustin' Robot board. full complete board with orangutang 74mm, paris trucks, will weigh less than a normal skateboard

  • @MrAmazingasian16 Never heard of them Sounds like Less bang for buck! this sector nine is not a normal skateboard, and im sure with those wheels and trucks it would be superior.

  • @whitepsp13 just look them up u fucktard. i've been skating for over 9 years now, and in those years, sector nine has been at the bottom of my list...

  • @MrAmazingasian16 Cool story bro! :D

  • @MrAmazingasian16 ever heard of s9 downhill division? its the shit.now be quiet

  • @MrAmazingasian16 ahem.. it's orangatang and they don't make 74 mm wheels..

  • @MrAmazingasian16 You fucktard.

  • @MrAmazingasian16 I can tell you right now that this board is substantially lighter and more durable than the Bustin Robot. If you haven't ridden the board don't hate on it. This board is lighter than any board i have ridden on to this day, and it has lasted me a long, long time compared to other boards. If you like bustin then alright, recommend their boards to others who are looking for a new board, but don't diss someones board and try to convince them how much better another brand is.

  • @MrAmazingasian16 what do you reccomend for me? dervish or this? im just satrting out, and will just be cruising around.

  • I got one, with 4 prez wheels, Paris 180mm, and bones reds. For 218.18

  • I have one just like that and i buy it for like 80 dollars and the drawing is better

    (not in my vids)

  • MINE IS $99.50 in Colorado

  • What is a good cruising longboard

  • is it good for sliding?

  • wow only 250. i have to pay 350 for it in Australia.

  • the blue on the board is the carbon, fiberglass is on the outside, ontop of the graphic...

  • double truck right?

  • is it good for bombing at speeds like 30-40 miles per hour?

  • the blue stripe is wood. the fiberglass is the top and bottom layer

  • Mine was $208,from tactics.plus the faster shipping(about 2-3 weeks faster) was $35.so i spent $243 and people spend up to about $280 on this board.GO TO TACTICS( they also have free shipping over $70)

  • I have a green sector 9 carbonite and i love it. Mine came with clear grip tape and the same graphic that's on the bottom of this board is on the top of mine so you can see it clearly. Pretty sick. Definitely love this board but eventually looking to upgrade the trucks and wheels to something a bit nicer.

  • @LElongboarder904 i have the exact same board man, i love it. although, i almost hit a bus last year XD

  • those are drop through dipshit

  • i've got the same, but ontop there's graphics too so not just black grip tape, does anyone know if the grip tape on that is spray on or if it is like the normal black.? i just need to know because i want to change it.

  • Is it good foe bombing

  • what trucks would you go up to if you like to carve?

  • Drop though not top mount and I bet you haven't even broke 30 mph yet.

  • @marty15144 i've broke 45Mph thanks you very much. and no shit its a drop through, i fucked up on the video, and also if you would read the coments you would see that every other one is about how its a drop through not a top mount. so fuck off.

  • @whitepsp13 yo dude hella nice video can u tell me a website that would sell this board in the green that u said in the video when u have time of course or where i can get it cheap because it is not on the sector 9 website thanks man nice review video

  • @marty15144 stop hatin kid so wat he messed up everyone messes up and his board is prob way better than yurs so shut up.

  • ur voice is cool :D that sounded weird...

  • this board has a medium flex thts a good one for 200 pounds right

  • Comment removed

  • your tax is bad?

  • ala moana or this 1?

  • can you use the longboard for slides or downhills?

  • the griptape on mine is clear

  • I'm stuck between this one and the Carbon Decay. Advice??

  • @kLuTcHGaming42 The Carbonite is longer and is a bit more on the downhill/speed side while the Carbon Decay is maybe 3-4 inches shorter and would be better for carving. Pretty much exactly the same board except for the length factor.

  • thats the best deck i ever had (the only deck i had) if you use it too much the fiber worns out but is a very good board so far i can bigspin it and bomb many hills with only powerslides (no globe slides) i recomend it for begginers getting a moray soon

  • its not topmounted in this video.....

  • My freind has the same longboard, still does. Can you see the cracks on those little skulls? its on the right side of the skull. That friend of mine fractured his skull on the same spot right in front of me, while going walking speed. Coincidence?

  • @whitepsp13 on ur trucks does it say neil carver somewhere

  • daddies board shop has it for like 180$ free shipping

  • hmm i wouldnt really say good for beginners this is pretty much a top notch board especially considering its in the platinum series

  • Ive Got the same board and wheels, except i Got it with 180mm parish trucks, and rush abec 9 bearings. It's my first board I had only borrowed my friends longboard for a few days before I got this one other than that I was totally new at longboarding. And the board is great I am trying to do some slides and early grabs and you now very basic free style and its great just great ;)

  • That is not a top mount. Its a drop through. HUGE difference in traction and center of gravity.

  • the board at motion board shop in wa state it is 98$..

  • @goldmeber5 Yah but that's Just the Board. Not the trucks.

  • Okay, so I basically know nothing about long boards. What type of wheels, trucks, and bearings do you recommend for someone (like me) that isn't planning on sliding or doing tricks but simply cruising? Thanks in advance.

  • @KrazyMEXican105 easy solution: dont longbaord

  • where did u get those things that go over the trucks and cover the holes on the deck?

  • you know.

  • yo iam 190 , hows the flex

  • Thumbs up if you think this guy sounded like steven hawkins at the beginning

  • California has allot of smooth roads that are nice to skate on. that is bcuz of the high sales tax so stop whining .

  • you are gay get real longbord

  • i have the carbon decay. Are these two the same except for the graphics and its a little smaller?

  • 10000th viewers !! :D

  • u sound like dale off step brothers

  • did your griptape start wearing off after the first couple rides?

  • hey my carbonite has graphics on the front and the back.

  • noobs!

  • how loose can u get the trucks??

  • those arent topmount its drop thru

  • @SuperJman37 Same thing.

  • @TheHunterHatfield No, not at all. A drop through is when the baseplate mounts on top of the deck while top mount mounts on the underside of the deck. Huge difference in performance.

  • @SuperJman37 Dude I'm new to longboarding haha. I thought top mount meant the base plate was mounted on the topside of the board. I also thought drop through was basically the same thing.

  • @TheHunterHatfield hey, now you know :)

  • is it still sector9 quality... bad

  • How much does it weigh?

  • i weigh 230 you think this board is good for me ?

  • fuck sector nine rayne is where its at

  • Keep an eye out for the Sector 9 Decline. Perfection!!!

  • @TheAdrenalineEffect NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!! jk, but seriously, you should not pony up the money for that deck if all you wanna do is cruise around town. get the lombok. it's a superb meat moving device. nice n flexy/nice n cheap.

  • how stiff is it

  • @letsgolongboard not stiff at all its a very flexible board even if you weigh less than than 150

  • hi, i weigh about 150 pounds, would this board flex alot? or is it stiff? :P

  • @iampencil it would flex pretty good im 170 and it flexs really well!

  • @whitepsp13 hey i weigh 195, and im getting this just for cruising and carving how will this work for me?

btw will be my first board.

  • Is it stable for DH and does it carve good? Im 170 so do you think it will be good for me?

  • @payableondeath2008 oh hell yea its stable for DH and Carving! but if your looking to buy a new board sector 9 just came out with a board called the "Carbon Decline" i would look into also, it has a .625" drop its great for dh and carving.

  • @payableondeath2008 youll be good man

  • where did u get it from?

  • @Longboardin13 SurfRide

  • is this the grip it comes with?

  • @Longboardin13 Yeah thats what it come with. It looks pretty rad with clear grip though!

  • Is it symetrical?

  • @BoysNoizeWIN No, it Narrows Towards the bottom.

  • Hows the flex?

  • salad fingers!

  • @ThoroughlyFurnished that shows creepy ha

  • i got the green one, its fucking amazing. maybe ill make a video response with it.

  • Sick board. What would you reccomend that doesn't have the cutouts. I mean the trucks just mounted on the bottom instead of all the way through. I skateboard but I'm tired of it and want something more highspeed to replace snowboarding in the summer

  • a lot cheaper on boards on nord website

  • Are these boards heavy?

Because i'm looking for a carbon one because i tend to think these are lighter than other ones.

  • @quangstars this board is carbon fiber and fiberglass constructed, it is extremely light, the only weight i feel is my trucks and wheels really.

  • can u flip the trucks like a grizzly or randal?

  • @jgomes1992 no. those are the only two flippable trucks.

  • @DJHstuidos no there are a lot more almost every kind you can i got that board and u can it changes it by 3 degrees not much but makes a diff

  • i beg to differ, the chargers are far more stable than randles, id put them right next to paris

  • how much weight does this support

  • hey would you recommend chargers or sidewinders on this board

  • Sector 9 needs to stop with the skulls. It's like walking throw any freaking Kohl's and all the shirts are decked out in fucking vinyl and shiny sparkly skulls. Pisses me off. Sector 9 can do better.

  • If you want to cruise a pintail is good for you. If you want a freeride a board like the carbonite would be good (if your more advanced get a Loaded board or something) but for beginners this board is great. for DH get a Landyachtz or Rayne board (there are a couple more companies for good DH boards) you can haul some booty on those boards. The Carbonite can hold its speed because of its width and the drop through mount, but i would not recommend this if you are going to be going down major hill

  • @LongboardSpokane this board is great fo DH!! what are you talking about? and this board is great for advanced users. and is waay stable with turn on a dime loose trucks at 45mph, and believe me, i know this. lol

  • @whitepsp13 yo bro you said topmounted, thats a dropthru deck dude its on of its defining characteristics.

  • is that board simmetrical?

  • hey i was wondering if you could give me some advice for picking a board. i want one thats good for speed and hills but something i can carve on to

  • @xXxSkyTurningBlack You basically just Described this board. lol

  • @xXxSkyTurningBlack go with the nine star over this, its a lot stiffer (more stable at high speeds) and less expensive, i have one and can take it up to 45mph no problem

  • im looking for a crusing board is this good

  • @themoonpopskater im also looking for my first board but i know how to ride

  • i have the same board but in green and also my grip tape is clear and on top of the board is painted exactly like the bottom

  • Just to let you know its not called top mounted trucks it is called drop through trucks.

  • i livve in canada and the only way i can get this is if i pay 300$ which is way to much becasue government nazis love to charge me a fuck load because they r pissed that canadians cant make a decent longboard so they make skaters pay for it if any one workin in the canadian goverment sees this FUCK U ... anyways is it worth 300$ yes or no ?

  • @CronicXImpulse totally, but i know canada has one really good home based longboard company called "Rayne" look them up their good boards also.

  • @CronicXImpulse

Landyachtz are made in vancouver, their a great company

  • @CronicXImpulse and landyachtz is canadian too

  • would the gullwing sidewinders work good on that board?

  • @MultiISkate i think this board is a little to long to get the full effect from sidewinders but im not sure.

  • is this board good for just a nice cruize and just to ride around in cuz thats what i am looking for and if you or anyone can recomend some good boards for that plz let me know

  • @XxM0rS3C0d3xX this boards great for everything!

  • what shop did you buy it at?

  • @RawrKiba3 SurfRide

  • I know I am going to sound like a noob but is there like certain boards for certain things?

  • Lol sector 9 dervish XD

  • hows the carving on it

  • @twistedvenom1 Like Butter... if.. that helps describe it.. haha

  • i have this same board, but i was wondering,

if i put : Durian 86a(Yellows) on itt,

would it be easier to slide? or will the boards shape make it hard to slide even with non gripy wheels?

  • @XXXMICHAELXXXbrutal the shape of the board is fine for sliding, the thing that will really help you slide is the way the deck concaved, also some gloves might help with sliding also. i can slide just fine on the stock 9 balls 78a. but could do better with gloves for sure..

  • Can you do a flex test?

  • @101shadowman yea actually that sounds like a good video, ill bounce around on it in my next video shortly, thx for the idea!

  • nice ... i got the same in green

  • sector nine is a joke.

  • @hottsauce808 your a joke :)

  • does it come with the grip type

  • @fatman734 yes it does.

  • i am a beginner is it good to learn on

  • @fatman734 GREAT to learn on! try it!

  • lol. sounds like a prius. good job man.

  • hey, i just received this board in the mail. We do have one video of the un-boxing. We are hoping to make more videos soon. If i subscribe, would you subscribe to us?

  • my friend wants to get this as her first board. But I think she should start with something more simple like a TLS .___.;

  • Replace those chargers with some 42 degree randal 180's and you're in business man

  • @bah808 ill take that into consideration when i'm over these ones haha, i mostly just bomb hills not carve much, so the gullwings are nice to me.. for that haha.

  • I wish Longboarding was more popular where im from :/ (NY)

  • @Earthy182 maybe if you had some sick ass hills lol its to flat there, yes?

  • @whitepsp13 i guess... but there r some mountains around , i guess skateboardings just the thing

  • are the gullwing charger trucks 9'' good??

  • @97FEDEX same as 10" but smaller, meaning a slighter chance of wheel bite depending on board shape.

  • @whitepsp13 wheel bite?

  • @97FEDEX where the wheel hits the board when you turn

  • That is one sexy board my pathfinder cosmic series sector 9 board is no match compared to yours

  • @slammajama22 haha Thanks man! :D

  • thats not a topmount thats a drop through man

  • @ATorchedSmurf oh my bad haha, i had some strange thought that they were the same thing :S

  • @whitepsp13 yeah man nah drop through is lower to the ground giving it a lower center to gravity making it speed wobble less at higher speeds and really nice for carving and sliding.

  • hey are you using risers/shock pads on this? is the deck holding up without breaking out cracks? Because I've heard people say sector 9 dropthrough boards have quality issues...

  • @MChronicleSword nope no quality issues at all, i slammed my board into a curb nose first at about 30 (accident of Course!), still kept its shape just kinda warped the fiber glass in the front a bit. its hard to explain.. lol

  • Can you turn normal street corners with it?

  • @glasspiggies Oh yes, very easy to turn normal street corners.

  • sounds like a prius :)
