I'm about 5'9" and weighed around 190 during that vid. I stay around there, give or take 5-10 pounds depending on diet and what I'm training for. Thanks for the comment!

I haven't used front barbell squats in a while, but when I used them I was hitting 225 X 8-10, 275 X 5 and 315 X 2-3.
