well its summer so i wake up every mourning and look like shit. Im really lazy so i dont wash my face or anything. i take showers once a night. But now i wash my face and put on the acne shit before i go to bed and take more showers and change my sheets and pillows because thats where the zits come from. defenetly chang your pillows every few days. it helps or if your rich just get the proactive shit its good. it takes more work thoe but it pays off.

@ThaoAndPuca A face cleanser is meant for your face, soap is generally for your body. Cleansers are made specifically for your face, so I'd think that they'd work better. If you have oily/problematic skin, use a cleanser that contains Salicylic Acid. It dries your skin out, so if you don't have oily skin, beware. Hydrating cleansers help with dry skin. If you have normal skin, like me, and you don't need a heavy aresenal to combat pimples, just use simple moisturizing bar soap. I use Dove.
