@RoboticusMusic Why would it matter to me if other people cared about weight? I care about my own weight, I lost 46 pounds and will never go back. It's something I care about, so in my channel, its what plays, bro.
@RageCageRunner Have you heard about the man who did bike across america over 8 days? I had absolutely no PHYSICAL IMPEDIMENT besides my general slow weight gain, but I walked about 6 miles a night every night and never had issues. Its not a marathon, but I'd guess it was more than possible.
I once slept 26 and a half hours without waking up. And it felt like I just closed my eyes. I thought I was asleep for 20 minutes or so. Imagine how surprised I was. Then I threw up 16 times that day beating my old record.
THIS IS IMPORTANT: to catch up on you sleep some people say they, ( on a free day), sleep litterally like 24 hours. after you have done so do you have to go through the trouble of re-adjusting??????
@Rhino827 If you oversleep you will have to readapt, yes, unless it is sleep caused by illness or preperiod sleep. When I overslept 5 hours, the biggest oversleep I ever did, I had a hard time with it. It took about 6 naps to get back to 'normal' I cant imagine what 24 hours would do but I'm pretty sure it would suck. If you did it after FULLY adapted, you might be able to get away with it.
I love your dress and I was hoping to see the puppy again...lol
I do agree that polyphasic may help people with sleeping problems. I had insomnia till I started working nights. changed my schedule and I slept more during the day.
Second week of Uberman and missed two naps due to work and a third one was delayed by one hour.
As a matter of fact when I went there they had just filmed it and they were telling me to watch it (the staff) so I downloaded it later. Those guys are funny! I think even a fake paranormal investigator could go in there and spend a few hours with a recorder or two and even if they had fabricated all the rest of their crap, theyd get something there. It's insanely haunted.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY.. week oh and happy birthday week to your twin aswell XD
Thanks for the tips... i've only just today heard about this polyphasic sleeping.. it sounds really worthwhile... hard... but well worthwhile... im a bit of a computer nerd :P so that extra time during the night would be great for all kinds of stuff . i have a big assignment comming up at uni so i think i'll read up abit more on uberman and start after my assignment
The particular ghost I saw was just a figure standing next to a table. My twin and I were the only ones in the room, and it was at the birdcage theatre where I have without fail seen a ghost every single time I've gone.
If you take on Polyphasic , you arent going to regret it. If you have the willpower to make it through the first month, it is absolutely the best thing I did since buying my Dyson vacuum.
oh cool... i lived in a haunted house for a little while... i wasn't lucky enough to see the ghost but apparently my sister did, sam (our dog) must have seen it too because he hated that house.
Lol, polyphasic's is dyson good ay... we got a dyson a while ago... and its pretty good. gets the dog hair out like nothing else.
i think i will start polyphasic sleeping, are there any good sites for info that you would recomend?
Google! That's all I used. Nobody else is helpful, usually its a ton of people who begin a blog on day 2 and dont get past day 7. The ones who do drop off the face of the planet after adapting and dont give any good tips. Twin and I had to figure this crap out ourselves for the most part. We were taking a leap of faith by continuing as lng as we did still feeling like crud. And it paid off!
yea i was doing that but i thought there might have been a particularly good site you had found that helped, since a lot of the stuff on the web, like you said just kinda stop's and your not sure if the person quit or just stopped making videos... there's also a forum for it but its pretty much dead.
NOBODY GIVES A FUCK AT ALL ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT NADA ZIP! OMG YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.

I just watched an episode of Ghost Adventures from the Birdcage Theatre. That place looks sooooo paranormally active. I must make it there some day.
