Who the heck said naming a song the same as another existing song was stealing the name? How comes there're homonyms? Same goes for songs... Moreover, this song is far different from Nana Mizaki's or U2's. One thing is translating a song, there's a payment for copyrights... But the names aren't copyrighted.

Nana-senpai didn't steal the title. If I made a song called "YOU" and sang it in a different language, but it was different than the Japanese vrs, would I be stealing it from Yuria? (Shuffle) Artists can name their songs any title they want. Their is no "copying" or "stealing" unless it's the tune or lyrics from a song. Sure, the concept MIGHT be the same, but that doesn't mean it's exactly alike.
