@Android3105 Pokemon is just a glorified rock paper scissors game. You don't have to be a hardcore rpg fan to play pokemon (which is actually a good thing). But how could you possibly compare it to the likes of Crisis Core,Ys series, Lunar SSF, Star Ocean, Legend of Heroes, Brave Story, Persona 3  e.t.c.? Each of those games have a much deeper storyline in one game than all the pokemon games combined. Pokemon is very straight forward, just focuses on catching pokemon and getting badges.

@ThePianoPhenomenon Crisis Core isn't a complete RPG,it's not like "Walk walk walk OH,THE SCREEM JUST EXPLODED!MONSTERS COMING!~Attack>Monster~",it's like Kingdom Hearts,wich isn't a complete RPG too.The only RPG thing in this games are the status and level things...And no,Pokemon is not like that.You have to evolve your pokemon,do sidequests to get more pokemons,help some useless people,talk with someone and then collect a badge.Storyline?Play the entire pokemon game before talking.

@greatpowered I played from Pokemon Red through Black and yes I'm a fan because it is fun! But explain to me what is the BIG storyline in pokemon games anyway? What you mentioned applies to many games , nothing that great. Play storyline heavy games like Lunar before talking, it pisses all over the usual pokemon story. Also traditional Turned-based RPG isn't the only meaning of what a "complete" RPG is! CC is A-RPG like Star Ocean! Battles being action makes it confusing for you or what?

@DrNo0Entertainment1 Of course not. Crisis Core is one of the best RPG's on the PSP, and a very respected RPG in general. It easily beats FFIV Story related and graphical related. IV wins with gameplay, that's it.

well got to say the the PSP win hands down, has better RPGs and ot just ones that wer eout 10 years ago and remade. tho it has lots of them. the DS is good dont get me wrong t all, but the PSP is better all round.

Modern day rpgs definitely PSP! Old skl kinda 3d rpgs definitely DS! However variety IPHONE it has eg chaos rings and zenonia 2 totally different and still building but id say funnest is DS but PSP wins... For now...
