3 is over heating and av cables arent plugged in if u have 4 its a virus that destroyed your hard drive or if u have a internal fuck up i dun hav 1 yet either

On the first console that died on me, it was because all 4 lights were on.

It even displayed an error message on screen. If it were the AV cables then it wouldn't display a message, now would it?

all 4 lights was on with a display message for me saying "is now shutting down" and it turned off and went to pick it up to put it back in the box and get a new 1(i fort 4 rings was the rrod lol) and i burned my hand lol so i couldnt pick it up waited an hour came back it was cold again and it worked

You probably have a real problem then tried the towel trick or something like it and then forgot to plug A/V back in. That is what happened to me=luckily I realized it in about 2 minutes.

ok so... i turn on my 360, AV is plugged in, in both ends and everything but the 4 rings are still popping up

the reason the rings pop up are because of the AV cable. try cleaning it out with a dry, lint free, chemical free cloth. also make sure the plugs are in the correct slots
