i got lingual braces yesterday...i had trouble eating soup -_-. PLus, my teeth arent that bad actually. There's like, ONE tooth thtas not straight. It better be worth the pain, 'cause if im not god damn pretty when these are off, i will sue the dentist.

ok so i have this HUGE problem I dont have perfect teeth like yours nor are they kind of straight trust me my teeth are messed up!!! And the pain is just AHHHH!!!! my mouth hurts alot!!!!! becuse my teeth are notwere they are supposed to be my mouth hurts!!! DAMM i cant even sleep but i can in schoo!!! XD

I never really get pain when I get my bands changed but today is different they put a spring chain I'm my mouth and tighter bands and wires it's killing me I took a vicadin nothing

@aliciah10 it hurts badly for a few days but the pain should start just feeling a little sore and eventually you shouldn't have pain at all.

1) i sleep.

2) i watch movies with dramaish plotlines and decent actors. like QAF

3) i sleep again.

4) stuff myself with so much icecream with alcohol and cigar i can probably qualify for the biggest loser.

5) continuously bite, chatter, bang, other violent actions to alleviate the pain so much i'm numb.

6) i go back to bed again.

1.painkillers

2.drink alcohol

3.sleep

4.punch my teeth in anger and cry in pain in my bed

5.play video games(to get ur mind off of your pain)

I just got braces yesterday, and the pain is agonizing!

Im gonna try doing some of these things. although the tylenol didnt help me at all. but ill try eating cold things. haha sleep does definetly help though!

if your in a hurry don't eat rice much because it gets all stuck in your braces. It took me like 7 minuets to get out so watch out
