Pacquiao is excellent, but he's not the greatest of all time. First of all, the 8 titles is an illusion and we know that. Great fighters fight the best around and pac doesn't do this, he carefully selects his opponents. Great fighter, but Chavez, duran, arguello, Robinson,Leonard, Ali were better and fought tougher opponents.
