He makes a reference in one of his songs "since age 13 I was ill-leget, I had a problem with homicide, crazy as suicide, suck a mutha fucka pussy dreams and...." and I think a lot of people hear this and confuse this with a profession of age. I am from Detroit and grew up on this music, That was the word on the streets, that he was 17. If you look at that picture above you might agree with me that he looks 17 and not 13. But again, this is my opinion. Wiki is wrote by fans
@kornizsic but you might be right. I respect your opinion. thanks for bringing it to my attention. I just dont trust wiki on this matter becasue its written by users. If you can, look for interviews with him or factual. Hell, you could probably email ReelLifeProducts and get a reply! Or call them, its probably a 313 or 810 area code. I'm interested in the results if yuo do email tthem or call, keep me informed!
@kornizsic so i was pretty close! Hey i know my old rap after all! lol what i hate is i have to crank the volume to get that music pumpin, but its killer straight rhyme with very little chorus. look for the song on youtube by him called "ya better watch yer back" it was pretty good but he left it off of the cd. i had the actual tape which is another reason recording levels are so up and down because he went straight from tape to disc, no digital editing. i think there even was 1more song
He made this shit in his gramma's basement in Detroit with some equipment from radio shak or some shit when he was 17, not 13. Thats why all the songs on Boomin Words ffrom Hell are recorded at all sorts of levels. Anyone that knows there Esham like me would know that. Also they would know that there are songs on the tape for the same album that he excluded and still excludes till this day, one of them was "Better watch yer back" and the song was straight sick! I dontkonw anyone that has it@!
What other rap artist have as many albums as Esham? Fuck it!!! Who out there period? Rap, rock, R&B or country. Who???? If there is someone. Let me know.
@MRSLATE810 Paul McCartney has over 20 solo albums thats without counting compilations, live albums, or albums he realesed with the beatles or wings boom Paul holds the world record for releasing the most music ever
The red cassette 'Esham's Boomin' with the white Mustang 5.0 on the cover? Its because it was a crappy quality tape and it got even quieter over time. I got mine when it came out from the old guy at Fairlane Mall in Dearborn, MI who used to sell tapes like this or hand them out for promotion in the middle by the elevators. I was young as hell and this blew me away. It sucked when the CD release had the sped up version of Devil's Groove. The red tape original sounded sinister.
I am a metalhead that only listens to 70's and 80's metal. The only rap I liked was some Run-Dmc and Beastie Boys. Well, I am here to tell you this dude Esham changed my thinking. This dude in 1989 recorded the album "Boomin Words From Hell" and created a new subgenre ALL ON HIS OWN AT 15 YEARS OLD. Christ almighty, ESHAM IS A GENIUS THAT DOES NOT GET RECOGNIZED FOR HIS CONTRIBUTIONS TO AN ART FORM. It makes me sick fiffy and lil stain get so much money and accolades yet the ESHAM gets nothing!!
@BHPRhymeBoss I didn't know that he did, but I think it was a joke. Like how Syko Sam said "Jesus told me to do it," when the cops asked why he killed those kids. Or how Razakel's name means "Protector of God," but she is completely satanic.
I only checked this out bc someone mentioned it on "Eminem - Biterphobia" and i gotta say this is pretty fucking good. But the flow is pretty awful. It's strong at some points, but maybe i'm just comparing it to Biterphobia. Once again, not hating overall this dude is pretty fuckin good
@Rinaleightball1 I dunno man, SS LP and MM LP were probably better as far as straight rhyming goes, but I think the Eminem show was his strongest joint thematically. That's just my opinon though. The funny rhing is, though I think
Em's a better wordsmith with the multisylable rhymes, I like Esham way more. Not to say that Esham's rhymes aren't dope as hell, too. I can just relate way more to Esham's lyrics and production than to Em's. The ironic thing is that I'm white and Christian.
@htpdemoneyeskyo why is that ironic? eminem is white and christian too right? and that is a lot of his fan base, and thats the one you like more... hmm.. wierd ass bitches dont know real rap
@MrPineappleJack I think you misread what I wrote, though looking back at it I probably could've worded it more clearly. Esham is the one I like better. Unless you were being sarcastic about Em being a Christian (he's definitely not). Em has said tons of offensive things, but it would still be easier for a Chrisian hip hop fan to appreciate his music over Esham's because unlike Esham, Em doesn't rhyme about the Devil. If you add in the fact that Esham has never been afraid to say something that
@MrPineappleJack could stir up some racial tension, it should become pretty easy to see why it's ironic that someone like me would be able to relate to Esham's music more than Em's. And as far as not knowing real hip hop, I dunno man... why don't you check my channel and see for yourself?
@pvttommy85 Yeah I agree with you on this one. Man I remember listening to this CD like 13 years ago and I couldn't believe how good it was. He raps about real life stuff and tells a story in the song what it's like to live in a day in the life of a drug dealer in the D..
13? What? He was 16 right? Awesome as shit though. Someone should post "TRUE"; sweet BASS and funny as hell. This record is so classic but "Closed Casket" is a fuckin masterpiece. The Natas Discography is even more "Wicket" though. "Blaze For Me" is amazing.
I wanna know where to get Boomin' Words From Hell down here in Miami. I bet I'm the only person in Miami who listens to Esham. When i first listened to Boomin' Words From Hell i immediately got addicted to it. I say that Esham is probably the most underrated rapper today just because he is from Detroit and because of his rock influences.
@tool675 Not anymore he's not or did ya forget the tune we made you? Man I felt like straight up callin him queer for that one except Im not homophobic
@tool675 i agree i like eminem and esham both i dont go for agrue im a juggalo that actually go for the music i dont care to much about fights man... im down ass juggalo and i really hate it when people hate eminem cause icp does it complete bs.

I dont know man...Wake The Dead, One Day, You Betta Ask Somebody, Dyin To Be Down, 666 and a Mic in my Hand, etc...Theres way too many to try to narrow it down to just one in my opinion.
I know! It was a story of his life in the D. "Crime is life and life is crime, but what would life be without a real life rhyme.. No real life." I did a speech on that quote. I can never get enough of this album.
