Hey man, when pressing you want to make sure you turn your wrists so its like holding a bar, check out my videos and look at the form. Keep up the lifting.
If you would read the description before you comment, you would know that it is two 75lb dumbbells, not 70lb dumbbells which add up to 150lbs together. Also, I noticed that you do not have one single video of you weightlifting or bodybuilding. About 95% of the flaming or trolling comments I get are from people like you that have no videos, very few videos, and/or are willing to bash people anonymously without offering up anything for criticism.
@matthewjdenn, very true. Also, what some people don't realize is that everybody starts somewhere. Im up to 6 reps of 70lb dumbells, with the incline on the bench almost straight up (probably 85% or so) Now i realize a lot of people can do a lot more than 70lbs, but when i started 15 months ago, i could only do about 5 reps with 25lbs dumbells. Some "big" people like to bash people weaker, but i never do, you gotta give props to tiny guy in the gym bustin his ass, because hes there workin hard
flys are suppose to be all the way out like you are hugging a tree. You just turned the weights and did a regular dumbell chest press. I can't get any more constructive than that. I do the 50's but all the way out and all the down and up. Good job on the weight but this is not a correct fly. Keep your elbows almost locked so just slight bent and bring the weights all the way out and down next time to where your elbows go a little less than half way and pull up like you are hugging that tree hard
You're absolutely right about the Dumbbell Flys. I think I should just change the title to Dumbbell Press. I don't know why I added Fly at the end of it. I've done dumbbell flys before. Thank you for the correction.
That was solid dude.
