Ok, there are more issues to cross platforming a game that brings expensive computers to their knees, but when it comes down to it the programmers can make it run. Not saying it will ever play or look as good as pc, but it could run.

Lower quality, more/higher loading times, lower visual distance due to streamlining, etc.

Go play halo 3 online, and watch the ground, the draw distance for plants really isn't that great. :/

Bottom line: Possible, yes. Perfect, no, far from it.

Also... The reason this game isn't cross platform is because that the PS3 and Xbox 360 graphics card can't handle the massive power of Crysis. Though Crysis Warhead has a bit different graphics that the original Microsoft or Sony can't handle them.

I suggest you both just stfu. 360 and PS3 could handle the graphics at a decent level, but the graphics aren't the problem. It's the fact that PS3 and 360 only have 512 MB RAM between system AND graphics.

Check the system requirements of Crysis: 1GB RAM. That's system only, and looking at the minimum Crysis will run with, never mind actually being playable. Add on 256MB to include video RAM minimum, and you have 2.5 times what 360/PS3 can provide. Hell, it's more than they can give together.

bottle line, ps3 and 360 won't be seeing crysis. set your pc spec slightly above a ps3 and see for yourself, this have been discussed is so many forum. even on lowest setting, with only 512mb of ram, the drawn distance would be crap
