Epic fail, this is done in Garrys Mod. The real and only authentic G-Man sighting is shown on my page uploaded in 2006 (and not a single person has been able to dispute it). He was to appear in a window in the original d1_town_01 map (which was a different part of Ravenholm at the time).

Well, actually this is probably a fake, I replayed the game and there's nothing there BUT maybe i couldn't see him cause i can't see soo good (i barely see him here) BUT, besides there are a lot of things that make this stuff suspect : 1 he doesn't show the G-man going away, he just writes it 2 at this point in the game appears the first speed head-crab zombie (that we don't see) with creepy crys (that we don't heard) 3 the G at the end (that I couldn't see at all).
