i do that shit too. usually once every month in a half-or-so, i won't sleep. i still go to school and everything, but it sucks. one time in high school, i told my mom that i didn't sleep at all and she told me to stay awake until the next night so that my sleep schedule won't mess up. it doesn't always work but it's something.
