Thank you Colin for the reminder. I am getting ready to go to a funeral this morning and this is a wonderful reminder of what God's love will do. Joe may be gone but his love remains.
At times, I wonder how life on earth would be like if we all do express our profound love to each other, irrespective of our race, culture, religion and sex. It really true that through it all love remains. Hope, fear, anger are…….. but just a figment of mortals but love and I mean true love conquers it all. Love remains and will always remain through it all…… as a child, through youth life to adulthood and finally, death and may be after. I like this song so much.

I know how u feel i lost my grandpa on my mom's side of the family he was born and died on his b-day, he was 81 yrs old. Love u grandpa miss u alot, and i lost a classmate when he as 16 yrs. old on March 2nd of 1999, to a gun shot wound. I lost another hs classmate female from Cancer! it won't be the same without her!

a few months ago I lost my mom to ALS "lou gerhigs disease" she was a wonderful energetic, full of life human being, until this disease took over, and she lost her ability to do the simple things like eat, talk, swallow, and breath.
Did you know that there is no more known about this disease "medically" than there was in the 1930's when Lou Gerhig was diagnosed. Please remember this forgotten, debilitating disease.

Had put this song together for a slide show for out parents 50th wedding anniversary. To our sorrow right before their 50th anniversary party our mother suffered a massive stroke. The told us she wouldn't survive. But with God's miracle working abilities she is near a full recovery and we will be able to use this again at their party that we re-scheduled for July 3, 2010. Priceless.........
My mom and dad have been married 58 years. They sang this at their 50th wedding anniversary. He now has Alzheimer's, stealing all those memories, but he wakes up long enough to know he loves her.. Memory goes, love remains.. <3

@sportyfemme64 Thanks for sharing. My mom and dad had been married for 53 years when he died in 2007. I was in the hospital myself recovering from brain surgery when word came that he had died. I talked to him the night before, and the last words I heard my dad say were "Goodnight baby, I love you". I was 48 at the time. Now I look forward to seeing him again in Heaven.

On oxygen to remind him to breathe.. but even when he has gone from this world, my 2 deceased siblings, a 17 year old sister and 50 year old brother, will be waiting to see him. :) Love is a circle, no beginning, no ending. :) Blessings to you!

I was 36, my folks had been married 57 years; yeah, i was a tag-along baby, but 6 days before my 37th birthday my dad died suddenly and unexpectedly. My mom lasted another 10 years, but her mind was riddled by Alzheimers, seizures, mini strokes, a major stroke, and a broken hip when she tried to crawl out of her bed at the nursing home. Dad's been gone going on 15 years now and in 5 days, it will be 5 years for my mom. I felt orphaned.

Also alot of my pets have died i miss them too teribly. you may think thats a silly thing to feel that way about just pets but they were more than just a pet they were a part of me and now that there not hear a part of me is missing i miss my 2 hampsters, my cat. now i have a new cat a turtle and a puppy. My dad died in Dec. 2007. He and my mom had been married almost 53 years. I got to live a charmed life growing up.
I have been in a fight with cancer for the past year, and just celebrated anniversary 21. I love this song, and it makes me thankful for the love that God has given me first of all, and the people He has given for me to love and to love me.
My sons are 19 and 17 and I can only hope I am at least half the dad mine was to me.
My Dad also died in Dec. 2007, & I lost my Mom in 1986 & oldest brother in 1998, so I know exactly how you feel. This is a hard time of year to go through. Good luck with your own health!

@sportyfemme64 Thanks for sharing. My mom and dad had been married for 53 years when he died in 2007. I was in the hospital myself recovering from brain surgery when word came that he had died. I talked to him the night before, and the last words I heard my dad say were "Goodnight baby, I love you". I was 48 at the time. Now I look forward to seeing him again in Heaven.

On oxygen to remind him to breathe.. but even when he has gone from this world, my 2 deceased siblings, a 17 year old sister and 50 year old brother, will be waiting to see him. :) Love is a circle, no beginning, no ending. :) Blessings to you!

I was 36, my folks had been married 57 years; yeah, i was a tag-along baby, but 6 days before my 37th birthday my dad died suddenly and unexpectedly. My mom lasted another 10 years, but her mind was riddled by Alzheimers, seizures, mini strokes, a major stroke, and a broken hip when she tried to crawl out of her bed at the nursing home. Dad's been gone going on 15 years now and in 5 days, it will be 5 years for my mom. I felt orphaned.

i feel your pain i am only 11 years old but my grandmother died before i was even born. Also alot of my pets have died i miss them too teribly. you may think thats a silly thing to feel that way about just pets but they were more than just a pet they were a part of me and now that there not hear a part of me is missing i miss my 2 hampsters, my cat. now i have a new cat a turtle and a puppy. Great video it was very touching

I love this beautiful song by Colin. Yes, love remains even when someone's gone from us. How precious are the pictures of these children. I suppose many of us had our little sweethearts even in kindergarten - I did. The little boy I "loved" had a different life but these pictures say a lot. My dad died in Dec. 2007. He and my mom had been married almost 53 years. I got to live a charmed life growing up.
I have been in a fight with cancer for the past year, and just celebrated anniversary 21. I love this song, and it makes me thankful for the love that God has given me first of all, and the people He has given for me to love and to love me.
My sons are 19 and 17 and I can only hope I am at least half the dad mine was to me.
I can't wait to get to Heaven and see him again.
