@kplayaja and all the other idiots that open there mouth saying logging is so bad. Why is it that all you ignorant people say logging is bad when you actually no nothing about it. Trees do produce oxygen but young healthy timber only does that. The big old growth and any unhealthy timber actually produces very little if no oxygen in fact actually produce carbon dioxide as the tree is dying and breaking down. In my area there acre actual more trees then ever do to replanting.

@idahologger25 you have very little understanding of the carbon cycle. Trees arn't good because they produce oxygen. its more that they store harmful Co2 in the form of glucose. This is called a carbon sink. It is true that decomposing trees do release all the Co2 that they collect over the years, however the new trees (if replanted) will absorb this. Sustainable logging is ok, however the more unsustainable deforestation that goes on, the more Co2 in the atmosphere.

@garridos1383 hola capo, la actividad esta es distinta, es como la agricultura, estos no son bosques naturales, fueron plantados hace 20 años donde no habia nada, solo tierra, con el solo echo de que sean para proveer de madera en un futuro, osea, en vez de plantar maiz se planto arboles, aca en Argentina tambien se hace esta actividad, q repito no son bosques naturales. A los bosques naturales y selvas hay que ciudarlas bien eso si!
