use protein at least 3 * a day before the workout mid day before you go to bed that's what I believe. when you use eggs make sure you examine it preferrably in a clear glass before pouring in protein so you can make sure is a good egg .
im 15 bro and i got told about mixing eggs with protein at the gym tonight and im going to give it a go but how many times do you drink protein a day and do you drink that everyday or?

Just be careful with what eggs you use man, some eggs carry some illness, forgot the name. But if you watch out for that it should be all good.
