omarfrq: Its very easy to critisize somebody writing comments on youtube from comfort of your bedrooms. I know people sweat when they appear in front of camera. Please concentrate more on what Zaid is saying instead of commenting on her being annoyed. I think she is doing a wonderful job.

First, I am not here to start any debate on this. My point was just not to use discouraging words and that too unjustly to critisize someone. She is working for a program on limited scope of showing any talents. Program was a one man show by Zaid Hamid and infact he could host it also. So within that scope, I believe she is doing a good job. I agree that criticism is ONE (not only) way to improvement but constructive criticism!!. 4 ur 1st point, it is easy to say things when u r not doing it.
