What is a miracle here? Where is the scientific aspect? I wish Muslims would think about these claims. Or even better: prove one claim scientifically without using Islamic literature.

What was proven scientifically?
Can you name ONE element or atom that "was not sent down"? All atoms came from outer space, one being iron. Nothing special.
Egyptians knew about iron long before Muhammad, so there's not even a miracle here.
And no, nobody discovered anything recently.
Why don't you get your head out of the Koran and learn something real?

Has not the time come for the hearts of those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism) to be affected by Allâh's Reminder (this Qur'ân), and that which has been revealed of the truth, lest they become as those who received the Scripture [the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] before (i.e. Jews and Christians), and the term was prolonged for them and so their hearts were hardened? And many of them were Fâsiqûn (the rebellious, the disobedient to Allâh). (16)

I am speechless...
This video clearly proves the science in the noble Quran is Science at its best. What most people do not realize is the fact that the science in the noble Quran covers every scientific facts discovered so far. The noble Quran is the proof of that.

[17:59] What stopped us from sending the miracles is that the previous generations have rejected them. For example, we showed Thamoud the camel, a profound (miracle), but they transgressed against it. We sent the miracles only to instill reverence. No miracles in the quran
