C'mon,beer cos.,especially big ones,care only about profits.AB wants to APPEAR to care about soldiers because some ad co. team told them it would be good P.R. & get patriotic dupes to buy more AB beer - & increase company profits. Big Business has no REAL conscience whatsoever(BP, Wall St...), it's not part of any business model, as business models are aimed at profits only. They may adopt conscience-of-convenience only when they think it will aid sales. A lying, manipulative "feel good" ad.

FINALLY, a commercial worthwhile. I love & appreciate our Service Men & Women. Without their support & protection I do not think we would have a country. And for the hippies, anti war people, & the cowards out there, who hide behind a computer monitor & act out & mouthe off with their negative BS. You really need to seek professional help for medication for your personality disorders. The military are the REAL men & women that fight for your right to act out, mouthe off, & act childish.

Incredibly, there was an authenticity to this ad, as things like this really happened in airports between 2001-2003. I was on an arriving plane on the tarmac shortly after Baghdad fell and the crew let a returning soldier off ahead of first class. The whole plane applauded the young man spontaneously. Really moving experience for both him and us.

I love this video. If more people would stand up and just say "Thank you" to the young men and women of the armed forces (And don't forget the British) this world really would be a better place. Remember, you don't have to support the troops, but you SHOULD support our men and women who are putting their lives on the line for you (amd me). THEY NEED US, AND MUCH AS WE NEED THEM!!!
