  • I remember hearing this on the radio about 1986 and thought again-wow now what is this? True 80's sound.

  • i will try my best

    If i want it back

    I will take it back

  • The best Depeche Mode Song ever. I dont know why DM dont like this song. Excellent composition. BIG ART! This bridge is so wunderfull. This Sounddesign - amazing. Brilliant. Genius. This song has more intelligence in it then maybe 60% of all synth pop songs together.

    Genius.

  • The double vinil edition of ICaH is one of the DM best. It contained also a special edition of "Fly on the windscreen" with "The Hooligan" sentence repeated throughout the song. This is what I call a remix, not the minimalistic remixes of the > 2000yr album.

  • However, the so called remixes of the eighties were often just playing around with the channels/sounds from the original album mix. Seriously, anyone with basic knowledge of a mixerboard could have done this (and many other) DM remix.

  • i love i love i love

depeche mode for ever, it's the best group all over the world!!! nan sérieux j'adoor <3 c'est les meilleurs!!!

  • An instant classic -- I remember the day I bought this extended remix import on CD back in the 80s.

  • Awesome song! Thanks so much for posting this. I haven't heard this version in years!

  • Outstanding Post! I can't believe I found this one. One of my favorite Depeche remixes. I remember in the 80's when they would release all of those 12" singles in the different colored vinyls with the various remixes. And there were always cool B-Sides, like Fools, and Are People People. After Black Celebration, it seemed like the singles only contained songs from the albums. Ah, for the good old days. But then, the band isn't much anymore without Alan Wilder's arrangements. Thanks again.
