Here's a tip..  next time just make sure your hands have grip (use gymnast powder, etc) instead of getting a towel to wipe down the poll in the middle of your show. ;-)

Agreed. At the very beginning, maybe, especially following a line of other people who may have been wearing lotion or whatnot. I do know the annoyance of having to skip a trick because of a slimy pole and knowing I'd fall, if lucky, an my ass. That's why you save it for the beginning of your next round and keep some mightygrip of something like that handy.
