Does yours make a hissing noise when breathing? Mine does, and some people say it's normal while others are baffled. It's not an aggressive hiss, as she does it while asleep even! Just a slow, breathing noise really.

your sanke will grow rapidly for the first four years of its life. even within 4 months youll see a huge difference... trust lol

Over 7 months mine has grown at a slow but steady rate. I cannot see her being as large as yours by 11 months. How often do you feed?

I just got a Hog myself and I put him in with my Surinam boa and they get along great! A beautiful and misunderstood animal.

true hogg boas shouldnt get nearly as big as that. she must be a crossbreed. they do that with red tails for the size.

Aw such a nice snake.. Is it a pet?? We get lots of vipers here in Israel.. I am always having to save them from the cats.. I love all animals:)
