  • I think religious people should have no rights...they should not be allowed to vote and get married. They should not be allowed to go to school or have contact with other people..

  • Why is it that everyone who seems to have these kind of arguments has a beard?

  • lol

  • That's where he hides his extra pair of balls. :D

  • BOOORING!

    Less Yap-Shtick and more Slapstick.

  • Homosexuality is said to be wrong because religious people want us to believe this. You say it had nothing to do with religion but that is not true. If you take away the rights og homosexual then take away the rights of Blacks, chinese, Italians and Priest. Priest are married to god, which is a man.

  • LOL

  • Interesting, you are wrong about the definition of marriage. It IS between a man and a woman! Ever heard of the 'Defense of Marriage Act' in your country? Defense of Marriage Act page from Wikipedia: "the word 'marriage' means only a legal union between one man and one woman as husband and wife, and the word 'spouse' refers only to a person of the opposite sex who is a husband or a wife."

  • the empowered majority right the dictionary my dear =]

  • hmm wonder i he removed it

  • Great vid. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the series.

  • Thanks 2LH, coming from you it's an honor to hear.

  • Not only was marriage defined differently by different societies throughout history, it is defined differently by different states in US right now.

If you don't believe me just look into how much marriageable age of consent varies between different states.

  • Most scientific and sociological studies on the subject over the past 100 years disagree with you. Homosexuality is biological, the biochemical reactions to pheromones in the brain have been well documented. Do more research:)

  • See my first 2 videos on the subject on the cover page of my channel, they are called 'This debate is gay." You'll find that you're "counter productive to our biological instinct" argument is unfounded & unsubstantiated.

  • As far as free will, I doubt you can physically manipulate your biochemical attractions, though you can "choose" to ignore them, just as a Black woman can choose not to marry a white man she loves...that doesn't make it OK to outlaw such marriages, so your point is irrelevant.

  • Your comment is a specious one, and now that science leans toward the biology of sexual orientation, speciousness is mounting from the enemies of homosexuality. Your comment is predicated on the assumption that homosexuality is communicable or contagious, and that people would turn gay if given the chance. All we have to do is look at global warming, or the overpopulation of India, etc, and we see that reproduction should be the last of our concerns.

  • If you believe that homosexuality is something that can be overcome then that means that at some point in your life, you've overcome it. If you haven't, there's a problem with your argument.

  • Not necessarily, I mean I have thought about for myself being a homosexual, and then realised it doesn't turn me on, thus being straight and over coming it. I'm sure you and the guy who made this vid thought the same too. That means there is no problem with his argument. Get me?

  • If the thought of being homosexual doesn't "turn you on," then you didn't overcome anything, because there was nothing to overcome. please see my "This Debate is Gay (part 1)" video if you have the time.

  • Actually, you had to over come the thought of being gay in the first place.

  • But it's not about overcoming a thought of being gay, like, "am I gay or not?" What we're talking about is "overcoming" a biochemical reaction to the same sex, (ie natural sexual attraction), which, if you had none to begin with, there was nothing to overcome.

  • In as much as the brain runs our body in general, but there are different chemical reactions to endorphins in different people. For example, a heterosexual woman and a homosexual man will react to the endorphins of another male in the same way, while not reacting to female endorphins. A heterosexual male will not react to the endorphins of another male, and therefor, not have anything to "overcome" in that regard. p.s. what is a "fit bird?"

  • Yes I agree. But the way you think to release the endorphins is what I mean about what you have to overcome. And a fit bird is a 'sexy woman' lol

  • lol, I figured, but I wanted to make sure:)

  • lol its english lingo

  • You are wrong on all counts. Perhaps you will feel comfortable in telling the millions of gay people around the world that they're liars.

  • The sexual preference is based on an unchangeable chemical balance in their brain.

  • It's called sexual confusion. A good percentage of all teens and young adults experience this...

Also, what you're suggesting is that homosexuality can be overcome, and that means it's a decision to remain homosexual. So, that would have to mean that at some point in time, you woke up and overcame your homosexuality.

  • 1/5...This is the debate that I believe V48 seriously did want. On the topic of being called a homophobe I think that I was also able to personally put that in perspective to V48 by PM with a positive response from him. Agree on your point that we are not redefining marraige but that he is...see 5/5 for my closing comment. jrsjr.

  • This is seriously the type of dialog I was hoping to create. Awesome series man....I will try and discuss what I can...but man thats a lot of information. Give me some time lol. 5/5

  • Yeah, sorry it's so long bro, I just saw that you were complaining on your page that people weren't addressing your points, so I wanted to touch on everything. I'm glad to see that your video is sparking rational debate on this topic, great job. thanks for the stars:)

  • Good stuff Joe. I'm off to watch the rest...

  • Thanks, sorry it's so long, I didn't want to be called out for not addressing all of his points
