been going good dude, i was in america for 5 weeks and trained with Team Super Training. did a 150kg box squat with the cambered bar and the safety squat bar and pulled my best dead after ME squats for easy reps. i have never done box squats and they were harder but i got there. havent had a great chance to test where my strength is yet but im getting back into it, gonna try mad cows 5 x 5.
