Regarding the Friday the 13th series, Part 3-D is one of the best by far. If you get this copy on Blueray you'll be amazed at the effects. Why do you hide your voice? It sounds rather childish and makes people not take you as a good "critic". Anyway, try to study up a little more next time before doing a review. Well i was able to download a low qaulity version of the film with the red and blue, and i dont see any much difference of the 2d version... well you would need a shutter glass 3d version, that would be much better...
The red and blue doesn't make any difference, the effects dont really pop out =/

If you have not seen it in 3D you have not really seen it. After the Final Chapter the series lost the mood, atmosphere, & suspense that Cunningham & Miner brought to the series. The later films only had their moments here & there. Part 6 had to much humor. Part 7 not really scary but very cool.
Great comments. I love the Paramount film years (Christ help me for saying), and inparticular I love the first 4. So true that I feel the Steve Miner sequels (which is superior I feel to the first film from Cuningham even) are the best, plus The Final Chapter as well. After that, the film stock look of them as the '80s progressed simply lost the older Exploitation Slasher looking grittiness as they become glorified date movies with trimmed gore scenes thanks to the MPAA.
Thanks!! I had seen part 3 several times in the theatre. I remember being in Lake Geneva Wisconsin & seeing the TV trailer. The area I was in was very simular to Crystal Lake. We had an eerie backyard not very well lit at night & also a clothes line like in the opening shots of part 3. I especially like part 2. Part 1 really captured some terrific shots of Crystal lake. Betsy Palmer was very convincing.

Not a real good movie, I don't really enjoy the Ft13th films, I enjoyed Part 2, 7, 8 but this isn't a real good movie but then again it's not that bad. 1 1/2 stars.
