  • @emilasadzade90 nwo sounds to much Illiuminati for me , unless there should be no money to!

  • Grande John Lennon

  • No seriously he lived for this world only and look what it did to him. RIP may God have mercy on your soul.

  • PWNED! SEE YA IN HELL!

  • imagine... no wachiturros!

  • Imagine...

  • @MrTheGingerBreadMan1 we WILL know, because we DO know, there is 100 percent scientific evidence pointing towards the fact that the big bang, was ALL natural

  • How can anyone dislike this?

  • Why does there need to be religious debates? This is a song of unity among men, not ending religion. I think he was saying how everyone should be, despite nation, race, religion, or social standing. No hatred or bigotry toward anyone, and love to all.

  • @Brodoin That was my first thought, but the guy I was debating wasn't trolling and his arguments were intelligent, so I decided to debate. Long conversation in my Aspergian book.

And we came to an agreement, which is hard to do.

    Peace and love.

  • @Brodoin It's not trying to put down religion in any way, it's just trying to make the religious acknowledge what their religion is doing to put down a chance for co-existence and peace. Long story short, I believe it's just trying to make some consider that others are different, and you shouldn't be bigoted or harmful in any way, even if told to do so. I'm personally agnostic-theist, but I agree with him full-heartedly, Some people just like to be pessimistic and misinterpret things, I guess.

  • la madre si a este man no lo mataron x esta cancion

  • No need to imagine because there is no heaven and hell or god anyway.

    Awesome song !

  • MAGIC SONG!!!!!

  • Wait one damn moment... I just said yesterday that we should stop this debating!

    I should stop debating.

  • @drewdeth9 If that all sounds like gibberish to you I can't blame you, I'm sure the thought has a ton of holes in it because I just thought of it off the top of my head. haha. The important thing that should be taken from that though is that we don't understand the concept of forever so if you believe the universe has been here forever, clearly you don't understand how the universe got here. So you really don't have the right to shun the possibility of God. see what I'm getting at?

  • @CodyHernek94 That actually makes more sense than you'd think. The true reason I'm an atheist is that religion has hindered human growth (I'd point the the Dark Ages for evidence), while science has progressed it. You've made a good point, and the premise is the same as mine. Both are possible, so choose the best answer. As for God Himself, his behavior is too hypocritical in the Bible for me to believe.

  • Spirituality and religion are two seperate entitys. Religion=Cult!!!!

  • It's simple god did not create man, man created god! Get over it.

  • @Aphlyxion69 Oh yes, it's just that simple!! why didn't I think of that!!!?

  • @CodyHernek94 I'm glad to have helped with your epiphany.

  • @Aphlyxion69 Well I hate to spoil both your happiness AND gladness, but my reply might have contained a hint of sarcasm. I wouldn't have expected your kind to recognize a subtle detail such as that though. You guys can't even recognize the fact that something can't come from nothing. "Oh hey, I bet this universe must have just EVAPORATED from a magical mud puddle." Oh, but shit :( where did the mud come from? There goes our little theory D:

  • @CodyHernek94 And THAT'S why the big theory is just that it always existed, and never began as it just is. The problem with God/gods is this: what began before God? Of course there is always a beginning for something, so the true beginning (God, Singularities, etc.) just always existed.

  • @drewdeth9 Okay, I can kind of decipher what you're saying. Simply put, you're saying the two theories (universe always existing or god always existing) are equally likely if you don't factor in other variables. Okay, so far so good. Now let's think about this, something always existing is beyond human understanding. We can't get our minds around the true meaning of forever. So when you think about it, Wouldn't it make sense that something so far beyond our understanding must have came to be

  • @drewdeth9 do to something with omnipotent understanding? I don't believe god is some guy up in the clouds watching us, I believe he/it/she (whatever) is literally everything. We believe the same thing in a way because if God always existed and created the universe, the universe and everything in it (including us) has always existed as well. hence my belief in an after life.

  • @CodyHernek94 Also, in my non-belief, we think that no mind made the universe, but natural causes did.

  • @drewdeth9 EDIT: Another ? is, "What happened before the Big Bang? But that answer is a singularity.

  • @drewdeth9 fair enough

  • @CodyHernek94 I'm happy to have helped with your epiphany.

  • @Aphlyxion69 no

  • @Aphlyxion69

I have no religion. Never have. Never will.

  • @Aphlyxion69 agreed

  • @Aphlyxion69 and science and motherfucking SUPER-JUICE created: john lennon

  • @Aphlyxion69 Agreed, but saying so here is obnoxious, unnecessary and child-like.

    Just like your username.

  • @opplerdop It's just fucking youtube get over it.

  • Guys, this song is about breaking up the things that divide us into groups, which just happens to have religion and politics.

Now shut up with the religious/political debate and just agree there's no need for wars, violence, greed, pollutants, unhealthy foods, and hunger, or ANYTHING THAT HARMS HUMAN GROWTH.

  • what a great song from everything the singer the melody and the lyrics

  • I can Imagine. I'm an Atheist and I know I'm not the only one.

  • He's so beautiful <3 If only he was alive I'd kill for concert tickets.

  • @CatSarcasm He wouldn't want you to. It's completely against his ideals.

  • Great Song From Jhon Lennon , to My friend Alex Enjoy this song ....

  • above us only sky

  • Imagine no Justin Bieber !

  • @CairUnderground un respeto que john morió

  • @CairUnderground Posting bigotry and hate on a John Lennon song, partly made to make people consider coming together no matter what, is the most unintelligent thing I've seen in a while. Sure, I dislike his music, as do most of us, but do you really think this is the best way to commemorate and spread Lennon's message? Besides, if there was a world without Bieber, people would cling to someone else to hate unnecessarily on. No offense, but could you try not be hypocritical?

    Give peace a chance.

  • @CairUnderground ¿¿¿Justin Biber????? shit shit and always "shit" why I red his name in everywhere? yt is contaminated whit this name. Lennon does´t deserve the name "justin biber" in their songs.

  • OMG!!! who the hell doesn't like john lennon?! O.o

  • 10 people aren't dreamers

  • Imagine no Rebecca Black

  • John Lennon : The Dreamer Hero. i love you, even if i am not gay.

  • Imagine NO RELIGION.... :)

  • @hades1009 imagine NO OBNOXIOUS ATHEISTS.

  • @CodyHernek94, Imagine no obnoxious atheist??? Do you hear what John Lennon is saying in this song? He's saying how much better off we would be without religion! And you want to talk about obnoxious? Okay! I have never had an atheist come knocking at my door on my day off or right before dinner! It's pretty obnoxious when bible thumpers want to push there BS on to me! Just remember this, Science will fly you to the moon. Religion will fly you into buildings...

  • @ryansuperbee That's a cute little saying. To bad only extremist religions will fly you into buildings. Maybe if you weren't so arrogant you'd do a little research. John Lennon said, and I quote "I'm one of Christs biggest fans". He was bitter towards religious establishment because they wouldnt let him remarry. All religious people do is knock on your door once a year at the most to try and give you good advice where as atheists just spew hate speech on the internet. You guys are bad people.

  • @CodyHernek94, Atheist are great people! We are here to show you the light! Atheist celebrate life, unlike religions that celebrate death. I can think of more atheist that have done more good for humanity then any religious folk have, Bill Gates to name one and there are many many more. We would be so much more advanced if we didn't have religion, just remember this, two working hands, get more done, than a million clasped in prayer. Oh and you're wrong on your stats and Einstein.

  • @ryansuperbee well this is nice and all, but you're forgetting a thing called facts. You didn't even reply to anything I said. Religious people celebrate both life and death. You use all these cutesy expressions that, no offense, may impress a thirteen year old, but they have no substance. Lastly, I am most certainly NOT wrong with my facts. If you atheists try to "show us the light" what's your fucking problem with religious people trying to show you the light with their bibles? hypocrite.

  • @CodyHernek94, Unfortunately, I'm going to have to end this debate with you. You have brought this debate to another level with your swearing and I simply don't have time for that. I will leave you to do your own research, and I hope that you would look for answers outside of your box this time. The facts are easy to find. "The most heinous and the must cruel crimes of which history has record have been committed under the cover of religion or equally noble motives"

  • @ryansuperbee that quote is very true. However, religion isn't to blame. Aside from being a great moral and spiritual thing, if used by the wrong person no doubt the meaning of scripture can be intentionally misinterpreted and used for bad. I've been going to church for an hour a week for my entire life and I can tell you for a fact the church has nothing but good intensions at this point in history.

  • @CodyHernek94 Which churches have nothing but good intentions? Look at the Westboro church. From my experience, the majority of churches are full of liars who go against the exact thing they preach. They aren't able to explain many things from the bible and they just give up on you when you outsmart them. I understand this is not always the case. I know churches exist where the members are very friendly and helpful people who only have the best intentions and help those in need.

  • @Anonymous1995 I'm referring to the catholic church, of coarse there are many exceptions such as westboro. There are many liars where ever you go and that unfortunately includes all churches and many people including myself can contradict myself. It's just human nature. Many religious people get by on faith and only faith which I disagree with, however it's of very little concern to me. Different people have different abilities including many atheists who survive on faith in science.

  • @CodyHernek94 Oh, the Catholic Church. I don't know enough about them to say much about their beliefs, but I do know the Pope is a wacko haha. How would you compare the Catholic Church to Christians? Which bible do Catholics use? I am familiar with the King James bible. It's full of nonsense. Also, are you saying that homosexuality is a genetic defect?

  • @Anonymous1995 I'll start with the question about homosexuality because it's an interesting topic. I've been kind of back and forth with my opinion. I think it's very often a choice because it's common for an adopted child of two gay parents to become gay himself (or herself), and the odds of that are just too slim. However, I'm sure there are some cases where you can be born gay do to some genetic stuff. Catholicism is a branch off of the christian faith.

  • @CodyHernek94 Where are you getting the information about homosexual parents often having homosexual children? There is not enough research to determine if it has an effect or not. Also, the majority of homosexuals in the world are the offspring of heterosexual parents. Homosexual adoption is a recent thing and it isn't allowed in most parts of the world. It's hard to say what effect it has, if any, due to how new it is.

  • @Anonymous1995 answering these long comments is a pain in the ass. lol, but it's cool. you got me on the fact that kids with homosexual parents turn out to be straight as often as others, I just looked into it a little more. Common sense (or at least what I believe to be common sense) would tell you that kids are better off being raised by who they were naturally designed to be raised. A man and a women. Were much more different than modern society acknowledges us to be.

  • @Anonymous1995 By the way, not only are the majority of homosexuals in the world offspring of heterosexual parents, they all are haha. That doesn't mean they were necessarily born that way though. I didn't say homosexuality was a choice, I said it was a choice 'sometimes'. There are exceptions. Anyway it's a dead end argument so I wont continue on about it. It is a choice or a genetic flaw. I don't mean flaw in the sense of it being a screw up really, but just genetically obscure..? maybe?

  • @CodyHernek94 Homosexuals are just as capable of producing offspring as heterosexuals. They wouldn't enjoy it, but they are still capable of it. Often times a parent "comes out" long after being married and having a family of their own. They were in the relationship to try to make themselves "normal", but it doesn't work.

  • @CodyHernek94 Saying that homosexuality is a choice is insulting. Do you know how many gays in the world are desperately trying to convert themselves because of their religion with no success? If it was a choice, they would have no problem converting, and straight people would be able to turn themselves gay whenever they chose to. Also, if it was a choice, wouldn't that make everyone bisexual? I've seen religious people argue that homosexuality is either a choice, a genetic flaw,

  • @CodyHernek94 or caused by something that happened during their childhood. If it was a genetic flaw, don't you think that is awfully cruel of God to make life much harder on these people? I know you said you think people are judged by their effort, but these people would have to put in a lot more effort and face many more struggles than the average person. It's not fair for certain people to be harshly punished for things which they had no choice in.

  • @Anonymous1995 It can be caused by things that happen in their childhood as well, I don't know where I can look that up and show you an actual study, but there have been many cases I've heard about. I don't thing God is cruel to make some of our lives harder, we make life tougher than it is sometimes. We all have problems and we just have to suck it up and work through them. It says in the bible god wont give you any troubles you are incapable of handling. I wouldn't look at it as punishment.

  • @Anonymous1995 I wouldn't look at it as punishment, I would look at life as a gift to begin with and struggles come with it.

  • @CodyHernek94 As for homosexuality occurring due to a childhood experience, I feel this is ignorant. There are two sides to this. Some religious people believe we are born innocent and remain innocent until we know right from wrong, while others believe we are born in sin. If we are born innocent and homosexuality is caused due to a childhood experience, that means we are innocent when the experience traumatizes us and changes us forever. It is unfair for us to be punished for

  • @Anonymous1995 It's not Gods fault if were traumatized! God gave us freewill! Some people abuse free will and hurt others, but in the end it's worth it. It reminds me of America actually, we have freedoms that come with a price of responsibility that we don't all possess

  • @CodyHernek94 Our views are too different to continue this discussion. I just hope you keep an open mind and question everything, even though the Bible says doubting God is a sin. There are too many loopholes in the Bible for me to believe it. I have put more than enough thought into this subject to know my views.

    Have a nice life.

  • @Anonymous1995 Also, I don't believe religion cause prejudice. I believe that high religious figures used it as an excuse to be prejudiced. This can be backed up as the Bible was written 500 years after Jesus died, and Christianity was passed down orally, a 500 year game of telephone. I've played telephone in 2nd grade; the game lasted 2 minutes and the story was entirely different. Now imagine (haha) a 500 year game of telephone.

  • @drewdeth9 I'm a little confused by those first two sentences. Are you saying that religion itself doesn't cause prejudice, but religious leaders are the ones to blame?

  • @Anonymous1995 Religious leaders are to blame, yes.

  • @Anonymous1995 dido.

  • @CodyHernek94 something that happened to us while we were an innocent child. If we are born in sin, that means we are being punished for something we didn't do. I don't know about you, but I sure don't think God is very loving if he does this to his own children.

  • @Anonymous1995 I'm pretty sure we primarily use the New American bible. I'm sure this bible will also have some stuff you see as nonsense too, but we focus on more moderate aspects from the new testament and pay much less attention to the old because it's hard for most people to understand. From your question about homosexuality I can gather that's a pretty important matter to you. Catholics do think it's wrong to be gay, but most of us accept it as a fault like all of us have.

  • @CodyHernek94 As for religious people putting more thought into the subject, I completely disagree here. Every religious person I've spoken to has just used the bible for proof. Their arguments are contradictive and often times they are unable to answer my questions. I recently talked to a religious guy who kept avoiding my questions and could not answer them. He tried telling me things from the bible but eventually he just kept contradicting himself. He finally gave up on me.

  • @Anonymous1995 As for the second comment, if what your saying is accurate then the man you were talking to clearly wasn't very intelligent. Dumb people are everywhere and that includes churches.

  • @CodyHernek94 I could tell you what all we argued about but there is too much to list here. As for my experience with religion, I went to a Christian church all of my childhood. I always had my doubts. I was constantly terrified of dying and going to hell. That stuff scars you for life. Getting over it was long and challenging, but since then, I've been a much happier person. The members at that church were extremely rude and completely turned their backs on someone if they did

  • @Anonymous1995 Third: That's a very unfortunate experience. If you had let anyone know you had that fear, I'd hope they would have told you if your truly putting in enough effort to become a better person you wont go to hell. It's no secret that people have genetic defects and would be much worse off getting to heaven because they're programmed to like different things that aren't excepted more so than others. The only thing that can be judged (my opinion) is effort.

  • @CodyHernek94 something that they considered unacceptable, which was often something as minor as going to a gas station that the preacher considered "wrong" due to the manager's own personal beliefs. Politics were a huge issue. The preacher taught that anyone who is a Democrat is unable to go to heaven. All of the members backed him up and went along with him on every issue no matter how outrageous it was. Religion divides family members.

  • @Anonymous1995 You're childhood church was corrupt, and your priest was either dead wrong or possibly misunderstood by you if you were a child. I don't know what I can say about that further. I would try to look for a church with moderate beliefs.

  • @CodyHernek94 Look at the LGBT community. Do you know how many of them have been unaccepted, or even disowned by their parents due to something they were born with? What caused that? Religion caused that. It's not only the LGBT community who struggles with that. There are so many families divided due to parents not accepting their children's decision of not following in their religious footsteps. It's sickening. The majority of churches are like a cult.

  • @Anonymous1995 Agreed. There are plenty churches like that and it's up to you to support a church that isn't psychotic. When you think about it, there's no better way to take down a bad church than showing a morally better one. Hopefully you could help people with similar problems to the ones you had as a child and prevent them from ending up scared.

  • @Anonymous1995 scarred* haha my bad

  • @ryansuperbee I've also done countless hours of looking into the subject elsewhere including arguments like these. You indirectly insulted me by picking out the most insulting few words out of this song and posting them. I'm not convinced by your argument, if you look back you'll notice you've used little to no facts and didn't respond to any arguments I've made.

  • @ryansuperbee It's very commonly done by atheists because let's face it, you guys don't put as much time in thinking about the subject as us religious people do because we believe our fate depends on it. I suggest you look into religion close and hard before you shun it because you might just be wrong even though it seems like nothing different from fairies and santa claus to you.

  • @ryansuperbee You can think of more atheists who have done good because you choose too. Im not going to make a list but the first one that comes to mind is martin luther king. If it wasn't for him, all the black americans would still be enslaved. "WED BE SO MUCH MORE ADVANCED IF WE DIDN'T HAVE RELIGION."? Ive argued for days on end with some dude about this before. Look on some FACTUAL websites and you'll see that, and I quote, "It's a commonly excepted myth". Please, enlighten me withYOUR facts

  • @ryansuperbee And I have no problem with science. Very VERY few religious people do. I do, however, have a problem with people treating science as if it can never be wrong. Do you have any idea how much "proven" science gets unproven shortly after. At least 50%

  • @ryansuperbee don't try to act as if science and religion are opposites. They go together hand and hand perfectly. Typical atheist crap. Einstein was a very religious person and he practically single handedly ended world war two with his scientific discovery. Seems like religious people aren't always the ones starting war and flying into building after all, huh?

  • KILLUMINATY 4EVER..

  • 9 people dont imagine.

  • I was in New York in Central Park last year. And I finally found this song. This song is quoted in the park. I would love it if other people would make this something truly real.

  • "And the world, will live as one..." That one verse that just stands out.

  • Lifes a cunt

  • 8 personas no tienen imaginacion u.u

  • love this song !

  • LOVE THIS SONG.

  • Very nice work!!!

  • i wish this song was true, with all my heart. but you know it isnt

  • I wish we'd have more dreamers like you.

  • if john lennon's killer is ever released from prison, im gonna do a jump kick straight to his balls, and stamp on them until they burst

  • @charontheghoul im a girl and that hurt me

  • @screamingsun91 im a guy IMAGINE, how i felt

  • @charontheghoul that's so deep.

  • @barricade456 my foot's gonna be deep,in his ass

  • Marxism in his statements :D

  • Came here to listen to some fucking great music.. When Suddenly... Nirvana - something in the way... I fucking love this shit! <3

  • hey stop with the religious fights.

everyone is intelligent, we all have our beliefs.

there is no reason to criticize them for that.

  • Steve jobs... atheists? What the foock are you people talking about ?!

  • I really like this song, but after paying attention to the lyrics, I realized he is promoting atheism and Marxism in his statements "imagine no country" and "imagine no heaven".

  • @Terpaxsten atheism is the only TRUE opinion

  • @charontheghoul Atheists are people who think they are intelligent and free thinkers, but in reality they are just followers. If they actually thought about it, instead of just following what other atheists say, agnosticism is the most logical opinion.

  • @breakinthebend athiests ARE intelligent, christians are just retarded

  • @charontheghoul Yea... you think you're intelligent, but if you actually thought about the existence of God, which is what atheism centers upon, you would see that atheism is no more rational than theism, especially scientifically. Agnosticism is the only truly rational opinion. But you're not that intelligent, you just tell yourself that you are while you blindly follow other atheists like Dawkins like a fucking sheep.

  • @breakinthebend i find dawkins to be a bit of a twat actually, you have NO right to tell me what i think, and also, when have i said that i follow other athiests? just like christians, your just making shit up

  • @charontheghoul I'm just taking a sample of the atheists I know and extrapolating that to represent the entire group, just like atheists. But the point still stands, atheism is no more logical or rational than theism, agnosticism is the most rational and logical stance. So there is no intellectual superiority for atheists.

  • @breakinthebend I say Apatheism is the most logical point, if you don't believe in anything, then you're not wrong.

  • @breakinthebend In my opinion you are both idiots to come to john lennons video and argue about religions, and just argue but also insult that religion. (I dont believe in religion so thats not why i got pissed)

  • @StfuAndPlay100 Good story bro.

  • @breakinthebend Sorry man for insulting and shit man but it really pisses me off :D

  • well done... best youtube upload of this track... cheers.

  • @lovethepeacegirl98

I wish that would happen, but I don't think that would be such a fair deal and God probably wants good music and not bad

  • imagine all the people... living life in peace.... discluding mark chapmen. He should not be happy of what he did.

  • go venus project

  • thank you John Lennon u are a good singer

  • rest in peace brother!!

  • RIP to all the people who have fallen

    not just steve jobs

  • John Lennon forever <3

You make me cry in happiness

Your music will live on forever

    <3

  • this song seems even more impossible than in his time... :(

  • @msbirdy20 Nothing is impossible but the only way to make this world one is having an opponent ,and "yet" humanity doesnt have one,,,,just wait until another civilization try to attack us...In that momment we will say OMG IF WE DONT GET TOGETHER WE ARE FKED UP!

  • Great song

  • amen !

  • i love you john <3

  • I wonder where John would be considering there is no heaven? :/

  • Dear God,

You can have Justin Bieber, The Jonas Brothers, Brittney Spears, and Lady Gaga. In return, could we have John Lennon, Bob Marley, Kurt Cobain, and Marilyn Monroe back?

    Seems fair to me.

  • @Lovethepeacegirl98 And Bob Marley!!!!!!

  • @CROcar1 yes..Bob Marley too. Srry Bob! :p
