No she didnt. The reason why shes not in Cheetah Girls: One World is because while they were filming the movie in India Raven was in College Road Trip. And couldnt she couldnt just get a flight to India and appear in the middle of the movie. But I dont blame her because I'd rather be on the big screen than in a Disney Channel movie its better for her career. So Ive answered your question.
