This is a very good video. It shows how teams must figure out how to work together for a common goal. The use of money is brilliant as it drives home the idea that there is a reward at the end of their effort. That reward is good pay for a job well done. I imagine this must have been a brand new group of teams. It would be a wonderful excercise to introduce team concepts.
