People who have the capacity to gain weight easily, enjoy eating and suffer mood swings and hormonal shifts (rises in cortisol that cause then to feel ravenously hungry and seek out food in response to stress) would be the ones who survive in a famine. And they'd probably be a normal weight. People who are naturally thin would likely be emaciated. So really, different genes are better in different environments.
And anyway, being fat has not yet even been "proven" to be unhealthy. That's the truth. It actually hasn't been proven. Some women are more comfortable with being big. Second: I saw this show about people being hired and I believe skinny people would typically get the job because it shows they have more self control or disciplin or something, also I work at a dog kennel and we dont hire obese people because the job is physically demanding, we are constantly moving and we always have to scrub out these cages that are like 4' by 4' and we used to have a girl who was chubby and had trouble washing them and stuff, so it might be the job.

Actually, I can support you on everything except the "fat people are unhealthy" thing. It's more of an urban myth that larger people are risking their health/ life because of their weight. What alot of the health professionals don't tell us, is that it's how someone got heavy and not the fact that they are heavy that can be a health risk. Many larger people are much healthier than the rest of us. Which I've seen actually cause even more prejudice. Just thought I'd add that. ^-^

That is such bullshit. They have proven it, in studies for the past thirty years, that obesity is linked with health problems, but because of that become less susceptible to other health concerns such as some cancers that for whatever reason, thin people are more likely to get.
How many studies have there been to "many larger people are much healthier than the rest of us"? Six? Over how many years.
Saying fat people are unhealthy is not a cranky theory. It is indeed true.

I think a lot of its in the genes. People who have the capacity to gain weight easily, enjoy eating and suffer mood swings and hormonal shifts (rises in cortisol that cause then to feel ravenously hungry and seek out food in response to stress) would be the ones who survive in a famine. And they'd probably be a normal weight. People who are naturally thin would likely be emaciated. So really, different genes are better in different environments.

I think when it comes to unsolicited opinions, it is rude and would piss anyone off whether it be about fat or anything else. Of course these men and women are full aware that they are overweight. They know what is healthy and what isn't. In my opinion the BBW movement isn't a problem when it gives them the confidence to go live life and not feel like they have to hide,because no one should ever feel that way. A quick addition regarding belly play and such:
Skinny people show off what they have. That may be long, thin legs, or six-pack abs. We big girls don't have that so we show off what we do have. Bellies, big boobs and nice, round asses for example.
It may seem strange to some who don't find this attractive but then I've heard many an FA (Fat Admirer) say that they just don't get what guys find so attractive about "twigs".

Such an old debate and my feeling is that, yes, we should be conscious of our health but there is no reason we can't be proud of who we are at the same time.
She asks the BBWs if they exercise and eat right but you are going to get as many different answers as you would from skinny people. Some do, some don't. There really are just as many skinny "slobs" as there are fat ones. Just that society doesn't view them quite the same.

i've been into this for a while and what i've found is that for a lot of girls it's a turn on to be out of breath going up stairs or not fitting into something. i am a big fan of big girls and feederism, but where it is hot when they are young and pretty, when they are in ther 30's and 40's it's not hot anmymore and can lead to depression, so someone who is say 30 kilos/pounds over weight is ideal because they can eventually lose it when they are older

Well, you've got remember that there are big people out there that are quite healthy, some that are healthier than skinny people, and that has been proven by various studies as well. I'm a big fan of the weight gain and bbw stuff. But there IS a LIMIT! which I think some people tend to forget. I would never want a gf that was so unhealthy because of her weight, so you DO have to be careful... but there is the extent where the nay-sayers are wrong....

All my friends have kids and I run around and play with them all the time, I walk alot and go to the park with said friends. Some people are not however capable of this. I do get out of breath - but so does everyone at some point. I always push past that point.
