This another of Jim's songs that I consider ar the best of his recordings. I would have given anything to be there in Studio B while he was recording. I do hope that those who were with him recording his songs will consider that those moments at the studio were some of the very best times they have ever had. Oh, to have been here in the US in the early 60's would have been my prized posession of time, ever.

It's a layback song, perhaps of sentimenal value to some of us older Canadians but no to me. If I want to get sentimental, i'll have to listen to "When it's Springtiime in the Rockies", but even so, it probably won't do the trick. It'll probably take some of those tear jerkers from the doowop era of r&r, the songs I grew up with while in highschool. Thx4 postin', it was definetly worth the listen.
