! when you safety check pull slide back let live round fall then let the slide forward ! The extractor could hit the primer of a live round if you safety check like that !
OHHHH!!! IGET!!! you did that because you said " everyone always does a saftey check during a gun review." Nice, i missed the fact you trying to prove a point. Well played sir.
You did'nt even know the glock was loaded?! I always kow wich of my guns are loaded, and wich ones aren't. Good thing you follwed the first, and most important, rule... TREAT ALL GUNS AS IF THEY ARE LOADED. Good job though on the review.
Not bad for a first review. I would like to point out that you switched the terms double action and single action. Single action is when the pistol fires with the hammer down, and double action is when pulling the trigger will both pull back and release the hammer. Other than that, good work, thanks for the review.
Ok rule of thumb. Don't mention that you're not experienced, it sets a bad tone and makes you sound untrustworthy and not worth peoples time watching. Its ok to mention you're not a pro and that's understandable we don't all have that much dreamed of time to spend all day and our money at a range. Otherwise I liked the review.
I've been thinking about getting a P07 Duty to replace my current carry gun, my Glock 26. Where'd you get that paint job on the P07? Like that idea a lot.
@patjohnw1 Here in America, we can store our guns locked and cocked if we want. As long as you know it's loaded, and no one else can get to it, there's no problem. I keep mine locked in a Biometric safe in the drawer of my nightstand next to my bed. Safe, and right there IF i ever need it. If everyone took the time to safely store their gun,Then Governments wouldn't need to stick their nose into our business. Unfortunately, not everyone does. Stay safe. Not ment to be rude or smart assed.
@patjohnw1 , it's just a demonstration of gun safety , watch all of his videos and you will get his point. You sound like an newbie by the way.. You don't know if he has no kids around, he might live alone with his gf. There's nothing wrong with having your weapon loaded. What if your dad broke in his house while he was doing this review.
Always treat all weapon as if they were loaded. Give people advise when you make it past Call of Duty and playing with Airsoft guns.
I have one myself. Comparing it to a Glock is like apples and oranges. My P07 is super tight, when it's locked up nothing jiggles, or rattles or can be moved. The accuracy is way top notch, accuracy is superb and has only gotten better as I have been shooting it.
@camk31To be specific, the CZ is not getting MORE accurate. You are shooting the weapon more accurately because you are getting more farmiliar with the trigger. Also, that "jiggle/rattle" in a Glock is in the frame to slide tolerances not in the barrel lock up where it counts the most for accuracy. It enhances reliability. The CZ's barrel lock up is not tighter than a Glock. A Glock pistol is way more accurate than you or I can hold it in actual shooting. CZ and Glock ="Apple to oranges"? Nope.
@GLOCKCOPG23 Shaun Hannity's EVIL twisted transexual twinn brother n ratings rival Racheal Maddow is calling for the banning of polymere pistols. Course only 5 people watch his?/her? show.
@tyu30 know the difference, but spoke out-of-order lol. Thant happens when there is a newbie element with making videos. Thanks for pointing it out, and I will annotate it in the video.
@tyu30 Funny you should ask this question. Yesterday I was working on my resume late in the night when I heard what sounded like somone scratching at the door and trying to pry it open. I immediately killed the lights and ran to the gun safe. I retrieved a tactical flash light (200+ lumens) and my loaded glock 19 with MagSafe rounds. A lesson: always practice navigating your house in complete darkness. I suddenly lit-up the back yard. It was a huge RACOON! But, I had been Mentally READY to fire!
@hokiehigher Glocks are not DAO. They use the term incorrectly. Gun smiths know what SA, SA/DA, and DAO is... see the link below: members.cox.net/guntraining/glocks.htm
@hokiehigher - @hokiehigher , Glocks are not DA, they are Safe Action and use a striker. If a round is misfired you cannot pull the trigger and let the hammer re-strike it again like you would with all DOUBLE ACTION handguns.
That's because a misfired round produces no recoil. Glocks and Khars are all Striker Fire pistols, different mechanism.
CZ manufactured their pistols' grip angle that mirrored the time tested 1911 design. That is why your pistol is so comfortable to handle because of this 17-degree angle.
Great review !!!! I been thinkin about get this gun but im having second thougths because of the magazine problem ... did you get any problems with yours???
by the way great and let me say it again GREAT work on the slide looks AWESOME!!!

Actually I liked the review ,
And look forward to seeing others ,
My point is simple , don't be surprised by your own gun .
In Canada , un safe storage is considered a crime . The guy himself and reviews are thumbs up !

@patjohnw1 Loaded storage does not equal unsafe storage.

@NoSavageNation ,I see, but i still want that gun, give it to me in the name of charity, God will bless you.
Wen you conceal carry it, which do you use: the decocker or the manual safety lever?
By the way, have you ever used any of your weapons in a defensive situation before, if yes share with us.
Ciao

@tyu30 Whenever I carry the CZ, I always use the decocker. I don't have enough muscle memory to automatically remove the safety in an emergency.

the CZ's trigger guard was designed to be easily shot with gloves on. that is the main reason it's so big. Glocks are not SA, they are all DA
