@sunkistmydoritos I'm using some powerstrider Olyimpics right now. They seem to be pretty good. There's been a fair share of them breaking within the warranty period. I watched 2 springs snap in Washington DC. Other than that they are more smooth than the powerisers. Skips I don't think are worth it, My skip springs are still intact but I don't use em now that I have the olyimpics.
The poweriser 7090 are the weight of the person that can use them do you should weigh yourself before getting them so you get the right weight for yourself
guys i have skyrunners , have been working on them since last december but i think i need more bouncing power to try the flips, can anyone send me a link where i can buy powerskip springs? thax a lot
hey i wight 150lb am i want to get a pair please u seen to know about this stuff
tell what would be good 1 to get i saw they have different wight ranging from 135 to 190 also how long b4 u can run an do the flips? i am pretty much in shape as i bike allot n run.
@sanddocon If you want to get PowerSkips get the 640's. If you get PowerStriders get the 70's if you get the Poweriser's get the 70-90's. I don't recommend going any higher than that if your just starting out. You can always buy different springs later. Everyone is different when it comes to learning to run jump and flip. Learning to run and jump all depends on how much time you put into it. could be days or months. If you order from DCPowerstilts lemme know I have some coupons.
good deal! I wish I had softer springs to learn on. I feel like it took me longer to compress the springs properly by starting with the 7090's. You can always get some stiffer springs and swap em out when your ready. That's the beauty of it!
Hey im 14 and I want a pair of these for christmas. I weigh about 115-120 pounds and i want the highest bounce possible. What weight class do you think i should get. Also do you know anywhere i can get them in the US for a good price? Thanks
I think the 5070's will be good to start on and you can move up to the 7090's as you get better and learn how to bounce. I'll send you a pm about a couple of good places to buy powerisers from in the US. You can also get the 7 league boots in the US now. for about 500 from over seas. Those are better than the Powerisers although I don't think they come with calf cuffs at this point.
hey dude where do ya live?? cuz ive got a pair of 5070's and ive been meaning to sell them they're a great pair im just kinda bored of em PM me if ur interested
I'm assuming you're referring to the poweriser advanced which is what I have. I definatly recommend those. They have the calf cuff and upgraded bindings. If your talking about the ones with the rotating foot plate... I've never used em. Some people like em, some don't.
Thanks for the video. I'm thinking about getting me a pair for myself. Should i get a model below my weight or over my weight. I'm more interested in running vs the jumping.
If your interested in running you want the springs for the weight range you fall into. If you are 80kg you'd be perfect for the 7090 springs. If your towards the bottom of the weight range like 70-75kg you might wanna go with the 5070's. If you want maximum hieght you want to be under the weight range like myself, running would be opposite.
Hmmm... interesting. I'm interested in getting a pair of carbon fiber springs from Dome equivalent to Powerskip 640s, whenever it is that he starts selling. Have you heard of him on poweriserpages? he's the Swiss guy working on his secret super-springs.
anyway, I have Poweriser 7090s too and could you tell me whether your 640s are harder to bottom out or not? I have become aware that higher-quality springs tend to be softer but still deliver the same height.
For me a softer spring equals more height. I'm only 145lbs on a fat day. 155 with a full Camel bak. Which means I'm 5kgs under the minimum of the 7090's. Which is Ideal for an experienced Bocker. If you can learn on a soft spring and translate that to a stiff spring like the 90120 or 640/720 your going to be smokin. I feel like I've finally been able to learn how to max out the most demanding spring within the last year. I can't actually do it on command but now I think I get it.
Cool video. I'd like to see one that shows jumping while eating a sandwich... or perhaps holding on to a cake. Or maybe a picher of water (plastic natch). Now that would be a challenge!
I never have personally. although I hear it's better for running and harder for beginners when jumping. If you have any more questions about powerisers head over to poweriserpages -dot- com
how much are the powerskip springs? and where did you get them?
jmloudon97 5 months ago
@jmloudon97 I got them from GetJumpingStilts -dot- com they cost about $600 US.

i got the poweriser 7090 and i way 187lbs roughly, should i save up for 90120's do you think?
drakenvail 3 years ago
I think you can definitely go up to the 90120's although if your just learning you should be able to bottom out the 7090's easily before you move on.
PendragonI 3 years ago
but isnt bottoming out the springs a bad thing?
