While good, I think you would seriously benefit from some more beforehand planning, such as thumbnailing to get your composition down before you start to sketch or work more refined overall. It just helps to get your entire idea down rather than adding elements step by step to make a piece more unified. Nevertheless though well done and an entertaining video :).

I was wondering why there was a sudden amount of detail on the dragon until I read your description. I had that happen several times to in my own speed paint videos.

I'm not a furry but I am impressed in the dynamic pose and energy you gave to the humanized cat. The way you started off with just the head and then BAM! Shoulders and legs already sketched out.

Near the end it looks like the human cat is riding the dragon than fighting him. In the beginning it did look like a fight.
