I learned this from Wing Lam Sifu. Over the years it has become sort of 'mine' and the movements are not as how it was a long time ago. My moves are also dictated by my tai chi background and the length and weight of the staff (heavier than oak) that I use. Thanks for the comments.
I'm going to want you to teach me this again if you've go the time. I had it pretty well at one point but had to let it go. I think I can pick it up and keep it now.
that's very interesting. There are parts that seem different then the nine province that I learned.
