I lived in Ghana for five months and I'm returning in July to live for a year. The problems in this video are overstated. I had no ill effects from living there. Safe drinking water can be found as it's really not hard to come across. The children that were getting that water were getting it for washing clothes, or dishes, not for drinking. The children were also bathing outside because that's what children do. Adults have a private place to bath. This video did not reflect my experience at all.
