They show videos of guys training that are doing 1 handed handstands on a doorknob looking platform that's just supported by a rod. This is most likely what the glove is. The "finger" is the rod, his hand is wrapped around the "doorknob" inside of the glove.

Still impressive for anyone that can do a one handed handstand though, but the one finger is an illusion.
