Umm. My s2 with 120k made 220 Hp. I/h/e Maybe you need a tune cus your losing power.

It is kinda low on torque, My 01 F350 with a 7.3 Diesel also had a 3.5" exhaust

im a torque guy and that much torque is way too low for me.. BUT ON THE OTHER HAND having a high rev engine that does 9300 RPM would be fun for drag and canyon runs.

Excellent work!! To all you Honda haters out there... Sick it up, the f20c is an engineering masterpiece. There's not one production engine in the world of the same capacity and aspiration that can rival it for reliability or specific output..

crapy engine,240 hp out of 2.0 liters.rb26 my ass,turbo this motor at the same boost as a 2jz rb26 etc,they wont come close,honda is ahead of the game by a long shot.educate yourself before you post,the internet is a powerful tool.

@caporomeo yeah turbo it with about the reliability of a paper bag, and countless amounts of money, for cheaper you can have a nice I6 turbo with tons of potential for cheaper, more torque, better sound in my opinion also. f20c is an awesome engine, way better suited for the s2000, or a ae86 perhaps. but its diminishing the menacing presence of the Z, good job on the swap none-the-less.

If it were me, id do an rb26 or a turbo vq, but not this owner

@ajordanGSX Crappy Honda 4 cylinder?

I had one that hydro-locked (sucked water through intake...previous owner didn't repair the collision damage fully), and bent the rod to the point most engines would have just thrown the rod through the cylinder. All mine did was score the cylinder and it had to bored one size up.

Not crappy by a long shot...just don't expect any low end torque unless you use an H22A or a J35A.
