  • Thank you for this video. Can you tell me why you should not do sit-ups? I do weight lifting like 20min, one day in between, and I also practice Tai Chi 60min also with one day between, is that good enought?

  • I like this diet so far I lost 7 pounds in the first week. The bad news is, its gets boring. But it does work. I been eating a lot of eggs. You can lose weight choosing your favorite foods. Plus drinking water. Good news is, it's a lifetime membership. Exercise and get toned. Eat 4 times a day and I don't have to starve myself.

  • This is just a example of my 2 day meal plan. 4 meals any order, this is my own food choosing. 1. Ham, eggs. 2. milk, chicken 3. pears, 4. tuna. Second day fruit or veggies. This is just some of the foods I eat. You have to choose what foods you like. The way it works is called calorie shifting. 2000 one day 1200 the next so on so forth. And it helps if you exercise too. It does not have to be cardio, it could be walking or doing something fun. 11 days of following the plan and 3 days off.

  • my brother was in a similar diet.. and he lost A LOT of weight and FAST.... all he did was eat 2,500 calories for 3 days then switched it and ate 1,500 calories for the following three days .. then switched back to 2,500 calories for another three days and switched again to 1,500 and he continued to do this until he lost all the weight.. and he barely did exercise and lost over 100 pounds in only months

  • I think that's the Zig Zag diet Drmamiuluv. From what I read of the Fat Loss diet. It's pretty much a low carb whole/fresh (There is some processed meats like ham) food diet. Except on the 2nd day = fruit day. And the 8th day = veg day. the rules seem to be eat 3x more protein than carbs for 9 days out of 11, and for 2 (the fruit & the veg days) days out of 11 eat 3 times more carbs than protein. Also you got to 4 meals aday, 3 proteins to 1 carb. Or 3 Carbs to 1 Protien on Fruit & Veg days.

  • Plus 3 Cheat (high carb) days. With this kind of diet eating fresh unprocessed foods is low calorie and will make you lose weight naturally anyway. For instants u could eat 10+ plums for 1 candy bar.
