  • How come it's always the french to come out with amazing electronic songs? T.T I guess us Americans are just too mainstream..... T.T

  • @Penguinfilms123 Americans do create amazing songs. You just gotta find them ;D

  • @NismoBao Oh I see xD

  • I'm In heaven :)

  • French electro is the shit. Nothing more to say about that

  • @BornsAway ; u mad bro where are you from ? no electro in your country ?

  • This is the catchiest song I've heard in a long time that is by an actual band and not a BG track in a video game. Much better than all of the "chart toppers" these days combined. I can only hope I hear this on the radio as a classic of the 00's decades from now. Unlikely, seeing as that spot will likely go to the Justin Beiber/Lady Gaga/Etc. crap, but one can dream.

  • Killa Track!

  • funny how it has 3 sentences for lyrics but they have more meaning than most of today's songs' lyrics

  • @moun10high Show me the light... where is that version?

  • what's infinitely more important than the words is the fire behind them

  • this song blows my mind. i rarely use this word, but this song is epic in the truest sense of the word.

  • @aahhhshaddap LOL! COMPLETLY AGREE XD

  • @aahhhshaddap true statement

  • Actually, all of you... This is a Christian song. It's speaking of human temptations... And listen to the REST of the lyrics.

  • This represents Adidas and Football:

beating of a million drums: Fans in and outside of stadiums playing songs

Fire of a million guns: fireworks going off on major games like WC final or UCL winners and others

Mother of a million sons: best game in the world and how popular it is watched by everyone (even americans)

  • @KillForce13 I hope you are joking, because that is really retarded

  • Dudes you all got it wrong. It really says:

    Baker of a million buns

    Speaker of a million puns

The great white goes dun dun duns

    Civillizationnnnn

Three zeroes each after three ones

    Custer killed zero injuns

yo mama weighs a millon tons

    Civillizationnnn

  • This is my shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttttttttt.

  • so epic!

  • Aaaand my day begins

  • i dont care about the lyrics, the song itself is just so fucking amazing!

  • Soooo how about we just enjoy the damn song...you know instead of trying to understand the lyrics ..yeap sounds like a good plan

  • I really feel I should speak up, so as to finally banish this accursed confusion of continents here, which has spawned a host of misinterpretations.

Civilization itself, considered as a single expanding 'thing' is:

Beating of a Million Drums, whether they be the primitive percussion's of aboriginals indicating the first art form or simply war--drums

Fire of a million guns as in war, and

Mother of a million sons, the obvious benefit of humans banding together is the product; stability.

    Thanks:)

  • @SomeBlokeLol

What about the Berlin Conference 1884-85? Not one damn African leader was there when the European Superpowers drew lines across a land to which they had no claim, when they enslaved and slaughtered tribes with machine guns, when they were defending themselves with mere spears and arrows? "denizens of our empires view us quite well" my ass.

  • @vk732 Very, very true. Though, France was pretty bad when it came to Africa colonization, both pre- and post-war.

  • hey, why don't you guys stop stereotypically applying the lyrics of this song to modern day civilizations? what if it IS just about civilization in general. anyway, to me, the beating of a million drums represents culture, the fire of a million guns represents strength, and the mother of a million sons represents population. three major qualities of human civilization.

  • @Toxicz12

There are lyrics in this song?!

I agree with you, just enjoy the music!

  • @Toxicz12 sometimes i lay in my garden pretending to be a carrot.

  • @Chumpskey I'm going to write a book about 'Pretending to be a carrot'!

  • Comment removed

  • @Toxicz12 lol hypocrite much

  • @Toxicz12 Could these lyrics not also represent the big bang theory? Think about it. Beating of a million drums (the sound of the big bang), fire of a million guns (flaming debris shooting out across the universe), the mother of a million "suns." What does this all eventually lead to? Civilization.

  • filmography 2011

  • @animefan132 hell yeah!

  • I would think that this song is just about civilizations in general.

  • I'm pretty sure its Africa (drums), America (guns), and Asia, (million sons)......which is sad because, I'm sick of my country being known for war throughout the world.

  • @vk732 The world is sick of you as well, you know.

  • @SomeBlokeLol Thanks, its good to know that, especially when it comes from a Brit....another denizen whose country experienced the same attitude (2-3 centuries ago) we Americans get from the world today.

  • @vk732 The denizens of our empire view (and viewed) us quite well, on the whole, save for a very few minority. America is despised in the middle-east and some parts of Asia and I feel it's your government's own damn fault. Don't get me wrong, American people seem very nice and friendly, it's just your fucking batshit-insane government that most don't like.

I'm not trying to be racist, bro. I could, but I won't, since I'm not a dick.

  • @SomeBlokeLol I literally laughed when I read "the denizens of our empire view us quite well". What was the concept of Rhodesia and the "white-mans burden" in Africa? What was India in the 20th century? What was Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia and countless other Mid-east nations who had their national borders drawn for them when your Empire fell (regardless of local attitude). I laugh because many of today's problems started with the British. Its not racism, its fact: history never forgets.

  • @vk732 Okay, fine, have a nice life? Jesus

  • @SomeBlokeLol Glad I could educate you.

    Have a nice day :)

  • LMAO who's just ice? haha

  • I thought the three are just all traits of civilizations in general.. I never stopped to think about it that hard till I came here though, THANKS FOR RUINING IT FOR ME

  • Civilization predates Egypt, Mesopotamia. You cant ignore ruins of settlements predating them. Some go back 12 000 years now, Past the last ice age. Wut? Ya get informed

  • @Arandrul Settlements =/= civilization

  • i don't fucking care about who or what this song talks,,,,,,,,,,

just shut up an listen the grat music!!!!!!!!!!!!

    jus†ice 4ever

  • when i hear this song i think of the revolutionary war. the beating of the drums makes me think of the people who played drums for the troops into battle, the firing of the guns is them fighting, and the mother of a million sons makes me think of just all the soilders. but thats what i think...i could be wrong

  • Actually I think that the song is about Africa. The beating of drums being the music of Africa. The firing of guns represents modern day, and the constant Guerilla warfare that exists there,.And the Mother of a million sons represents the theory that all human life originated in Africa, and through the years, tribes migrated throughout the world, and evolved to adapt to the environment. Civilization was invented by Ancient Egyptians too, as they used the Nile's water source to make Settlements.

  • @Ashbigbear "Civilization" was "created" in Mesopotamia, in the Middle East, pretty far from Egypt.

  • whos here from that adidas commercial?

  • AWESOME!

  • I can't just listen to a song without there being a load of comments about what "fucking retards" all the other viewers are when they disagree about someone's viewpoint. For the sake of sanity, people, can we just sit back and enjoy?

  • I Love how the top comment notices its all about Africa , America and Asia as this song relates to civilization

Europe is racist no wonder nothing is relating to them......

  • @kkurzeid Trust me dude is racist for a reason !!!

  • @goran2690 Europe is racist for a reason? Explain what that reason is?

  • @kkurzeid because all the scum from Asia, Africa, Middle East and other continents, mass emigration to Europe and the dirty

  • @goran2690 Or Your just a Racist CUNT. If you go on holiday to another country they should kick you out instantly and how are they scum if Europe promote people to visit their countries

  • @kkurzeid where are you from dude im yust curious?

  • @goran2690 Im Black and im from England

  • @kkurzeid come in SERBIA and you'll be white like everyone else hahahahahahahahahahahahahhaha

  • @goran2690 hahahhahahahahahahahhahah No. -_-

  • @goran2690 Racists, racists everywhere

  • @kkurzeid actualy i think that europe reprezents civilization...because in the history the first powerful communities were the greeks and romans (that's what i remember from history class) so therefore europe represents civilization

  • @thegamingtrout Every country in Europe except Britain

  • song might as well start till 1:05

  • @tomevans01 Blaspheme !!!!

  • @Sabbalonns its all about the big trance lines

  • BRUTAL HARD COREEEE!!!!! jejeje

  • JUSTICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Love this song, but I feel like even in 720p it's just not high enough quality to do it "Justice". Hehe.

  • Only thing HD here is the music

  • Cool and creative but I prefer daft punk

  • @TheHerocker

Daft Punk could've just as easily created this song. Good music is good music... regardless to whom or what.

  • @grassyhillnz WHAT?!?! Ozzy and Justice aren't even closely related. you need to catch up on your music.

  • Dudes! 2 days till the New Album comes out. Can

    t wait. XD

  • The album sucks and this is the best song on it. Audio, Video, Disco is nothing like Cross.

  • @ihavekankles agreed

  • @ihavekankles The thing is, I think that was the point. Being different from Cross, that is.

  • @thecoloradanempire

I know, but it doesn't have to be like Cross to be good. There are a few good songs on there, Horsepower is a better song than Civilization now I've listened to the album a bit more I think.

  • CI-VI-LA-ZA-TION!
