  • scream for me!

  • if i hear that next to me while I give birth i will personally do my own Csection

  • Why is birthing a competition between women? I screamed bloody murder the last two hours of labor (23 hours of non medicated labor). I wasn't a drama queen, or a first timer. Everyone's body is different, and everyone's pregnancy and labor is different…therefore the level of pain will be different. 77MommaBear96 having an easy labor doesn't make you a better mother, or stronger woman. In fact you seem pretty childish, and insecure. I'd say you are a poor role model for your children indeed.

  • I had to double check the date on this vid, just to make sure that I wasn't that "screaming lady next door" lbvs

  • WHAT IN THE WORLD? MY MOM WASNT KIDDING WHEN SHE SAID GIVING BIRTH IS THE WORST PAIN A WOMAN CAN EVER HAVE.

  • Lol that second scream cracks me up

  • in Italy epidural is usually denied and these screams are considered to be "normal"... (just like in Holland, I've been told.) so I don't find this screaming funny =_=

  • @ChiudiLaPorta why would an epidural be denied though? Do they do surgeries and stuff without anesthesia too?

  • @x0xTHLover4Lifex0x

Good question! Of course cesareans are made under anesthesia, but there is hostility against epidural. It is thought to interfere with bonding & breastfeeding, and to manipulate mother's perception and inhibit her "empowerment". IMHO, childbirth is still considered to be a "rite of passage" in which a woman has to show her courage to face pain. I know it sounds odd but you should discuss with Italian "naturalist" midwives. Cheers

  • @ChiudiLaPorta Oh...I see what you mean. Of course, I don't agree that a woman should be expected to go through hours and hours of excruciating pain just to prove that she can bring a child into the world, bond with it, and raise it well. Childbirth being a rite of passage sounds quite archaic and albeit a bit stupid...I'm one of those who believes that we should make good with our technological advances in medicine and not attempt to bring it on back to the stone age...but thanks for the reply

  • @x0xTHLover4Lifex0x

You understood perfectly well. Thank to you !

  • wow was the woman screaming having a cow? lol

  • HAHAHahahahahahahhahahaaa, I like the way how u hand him the cup~

    HAhahhahahahahahaaaaaaaahahahahaaaaa

    So cute.

  • omg you looked well calm in your bed, and lol I was born 1990

  • Funny, but no stars for you today!

  • Look at what our poor moms go through while bringing us into this world in pain. I was born in the late 80's myself. My mom is in her early 60's believe it or not, im the last of her 3 other children in which were all born in the 70's so i don't know if they had as much medicalized childbirth like they have today

    sigh. Mommy's Girl :)

  • i thinki they need to make these private rooms sound proof. one scream from the other lady and I'd get an epidural ASAP

  • Comment removed

  • It's not very encouraging, is it? Sorry, but that's just FUNNY.

  • OMG....

  • LOL They look so 90's. XD

  • er, why would any one scream!! I hear giving birth is painless!!!! 0:57 - Quick, call 911!!! Birth can't be that painful!!!!

  • This dad needs to come out of the closet... but I suppose southerners don't do that.

  • LMMFAO that last scream was funny.

  • jajajajaj guaaauuu!!! escuchando esos chillidos da miedo estar ahi :)

  • omg it sounds liike shes dieing

  • that woman that is screaming, i thing she have a natural birth without epidural, have some womans that feel more pains than others. Sorry my bad English :).

With epidural the woman dont feel the worst pain, and give birth without feel a thing.

  • Shame on you two, laughing is respectless, if that is doing a man ok but a Woman too? Would Be ashamed of having such a stupid man! By the Way Why didn't you Show us your labour of you are so brave...???

  • @laluna78 I think it was more of a nervous laughter than being maliscious.... but that's just my thinking.... :)

  • lol could you imagen?

    *hears scream*

"Yes i'll be having an epidural"

  • @ritalopes1000: animal in the jungle? i birthed 3 babies naturally w/no drugs while on pitocin and never managed much of a squeak let alone a blood curtling scream like that. give me a freaking break. that was either a scared out of her mind first timer, or a drama queen.

if you thought childbirth was that horrid get drugs...duh.

  • @77MommaBear96

    Hi, what is pitocin?

does it speed up contractions or something?

  • @SinclairisCool Pitocin is supposed to be used to induce labor or increase the strength or duration of contractions for the health of mother or baby. For me it was due to my having gestational diabetes. Pitocin is suppose to make the contractions "stronger", thus more painful for some women. its a "jump start" when they aren't coming as fast as they need to

  • kinda sucks for women cuz the guy and woman have sex, the woman get pregnant and have to go through labor =P

  • The other woman must have had a pelvic exam done during a contraction, lol, that about made me scream too!

  • on my last child i only had gas and air and i mooed like a cow lol...and im goin 2 do it all over again in 5 months time lol

  • Those screams next door aren't very reassuring for this mother to be. You HAVE to send this in to "America's Funniest Home Videos" if you haven't already.

  • i had that when i went into hospital at 5 cm dialated, some woman was screaming and i started crying lol but still had a natural pain relief free birth! :) but only noise i made was grunting :)

  • OMG! That would have scared me to death! Jeez!

  • Holy crap she's loud!!! 5 STARS!!

  • OMG. That poor woman who screamed....to the other patients there, that must have been a hell of a wake up call.

  • Lol this is so funny. I feel bad for that woman who screamed.

  • thats enuff to put u right off ever having a baby

  • i was born 2 years later

  • ha ha

  • Babyh:

I work in a hopsital as well and know HIPPA quite well. While this is not maybe the most polite video in your eyes, it is not a violation of patient privacy, nor could a person sue. There is no use of the patient's name or any of the medical information. Being a nurse who is in L&D frequently, mom's are allowed to be as loud as they want but this does not make it illegal for other families to have their video cameras rolling in their own rooms.

  • lol wow!!

  • lol'd! Yeah the women is gonna find this video (which said was in 1990) and than identify her scream which I'm pretty sure a million mother's giving birth do. And just sue :P derp derp derp.

  • That is hilarious! I would have been bursting out laughing! The dad was trying not to laugh the whole video! The second scream was like she was being murdered!

  • Oh my its funny...but I've had two kids and it's not funny when you are there yourself lol!!!!!!!!

  • Holy fucking Christ! it's the Exorcist giving birth. Hold on there lady the Alien is coming outta you.

  • JESUS!!

  • hot

  • that scream sounds like me when i was pushing :P haha

i feel sorry for the other women giving birth near me

  • that poor woman

  • Sounded like a scream from a horror movie....

  • my cousin had her cord round her neck and she got married yesterday :)

  • wow! i would have giggled too!

  • haha i got the cord round my neck too.

  • haw did my mom feel when i was stuck with the cord round my neck for4 hrs.your idoits !

  • How cum its looks funny to u? Hoppe all af u will feal not much better at ur births!

  • how old are you now??

  • I'd be so scared if I'm about to give birth, and I've got a lady in the next room screaming bloody murder.

  • hmm...i just thought every women ll hav the same feeling like u...^^

  • thats exactally what i was saying before i read your commenyt!! omg!

  • Wow i i hope she got ok i hope she didn't die cause that was a loud scream

  • Ha Ha ha (sorry) But my wife screamed a couple of times like that with our first of three. And now that they're teenagers the screaming is back . Ha ha Just kidding. Sorta. The look on your husbands face is like ho sh*t is this what's gonna happen next. Congrats on Your Baby.

  • ROFL THATS SO FUNNNY

mannn id be sooo scared if a woman in the room next to me was screaming like that

    HAHAHAHHAHAHA

  • the nurse told me the same thing and my husband told her to get the hell out of my room and never come back. It was a rough delivery and I am about three months away from delivering our next child and really hope it is not the same way.

  • I WAS that screaming woman!!(not literally, I live in the UK) .... I feel her pain... I didnt even care about the racket I was making though, felt embarassed afterwards though!

  • i love how great it makes you feel when they put you next to the screaming lady next door

  • lmao

  • contractions hurt like bad period cramps..with my first I was yelling so much,my doc said, shh yer gunna scare the other women..lol

  • does it really hurt that much? im osrry but now im scared... but, u know, maybe ill be ready for it.

  • I suggest an epidural. :)

  • I can only speak for all my friends who've had children already, but it really seems to depend on a lot of factors. One said "it was like someone stabbed me from the inside out", and another said "there was really no pain, more like an intense pressure". So, I really think it varies widely. On thing seems to be true though, Pitocin makes labor a million times worse. The "stabbing" comment was made by my friend who was induced with Pitocin.

  • I've heard that too, but i have had 3 pitocin induced births and gave birth natrually w/no pain meds so i have nothing to judge the pain of pitocin labor vs. non-pitocin labor and i handled it fine...matter-of-fact i watched TV through my last labor (between contractions) lol...so yes even w/pitocin women differ from one to the next.

  • @77MommaBear96 Haha, Me too! I was watching Days of our Lives! :)

  • Oh thank god it wasn't me (neither of my kids were born in September). But it could have been. They told me they could hear me in the lobby on the floor below me. Having babies doesn't hurt *that* bad, but I'm a complete wuss, so...

  • aww that woman must be soooo nervous x poor thing...

  • That was crazy! I love the dad's reaction. I give mom prop's for being so calm!!

  • I had a natural childbirth with my second and I screamed once(probably not as bad as that), the nurses said, "very good, get it all out"

    '

  • well i'm scared now. it' makes me not want kids

  • soon you will scream like that

  • How funny!

  • the screams are funny, but at least your wife was calm and not scared :) good for her

  • when my wife had our first child, her "breathing" exercises were great: she just said "epidural" over and over. she got one, and the delivery went great - for all three of us!

  • LMAO!!!! OMG!! I have never seen a maternity ward like this. All the ones I've been to had private rooms & the nurses only let one person at a time in. It sounds like she's being murdered!!

  • We were in a private room, and so was the other screaming woman. The screams you hear in this video are carrying from her private room across the hallway into ours. We never laid eyes on her, but we couldn't miss hearing her.

  • That is crazy. I can't stop laughing, but I'm probably being shamelessly cruel. Congrats on your baby~

  • Well that was nearly 18 years ago. Things have changed...

  • ouch!

  • hahahahahah!!!! and she was so calm..but the woman next to their room..lol

  • wowo that was a loud scream! i think alot of women scream out of frustration as well as the pain! i went through 32 hours of very painful labour without making so much as a grunt! so every woman is different - u shudnt automatically think that becos someone is screamin that its gonna b unbearably painful for u too.. its not always the case ;-)

  • Hilarious...but at the same time I feel sorry for the lady next door. This is one reason why I don't want ot have kids. It looks and sounds awfully painful!:(

  • It was only 1!

  • Sounds like neighbour's baby looked like Regis Philbin.

  • The pain is as terrible like placing a hot iron on ones belly and lower back and holding there every other minute for ten hours or more. Would you scream? Pitosin given to induce contractions induces pain ten times harder and it is deadly. If you do not scream it means you died.

  • sorry thats funny but i'm sure it's true

  • damn, i know childbirth is painful but shit dat was one hell of a scream.

  • lol that was hilarious

  • Whoa! The first scream was normal and the second one sounded like she'd just seen a ghost! Well.. Anyway, congrats on your first baby though.

    Regards,

    Piano900 from Saudi Arabia

  • Oh my... That lady must have been giving birth to an elephant. its not funny but it is at the same time

  • wow the second scream was like how i hear people scream when we go down a major rollercoaster!

  • oh shit, that second scream was terrifying. oh hell no

  • OH! How terrifying!

  • WHOA?

    it must be that painful.

  • oooh. i WLD like 2 watch 'd screaming lady' nx door. (= lol.

  • lmao

  • okay that's nasty and very scary

  • omg that scared the crap out of me.

  • Long-live September 28th'ers!!!! You shot the clip around the time I was born... precisely five years before your kid... :-D What a beautiful day to have a baby, isn't it??

  • Well actually, our labor lasted many more hours, and our daughter didn't show up until September 29th :-)

And that was still a few weeks early!

  • it was only your first?

  • Yes, this was the birth of our first child. Two more followed later, thankfully without anything quite as unnerving as happened this first time around.

  • holy shit! that's horrifying!

  • lol! I'm with ya...

  • somebody didn't use an epidural...
