one band i tried to manage turned up to a gig so fucked up that the lead with a mesa boogie 300w blew us all to shit by playing a totally diff song than the band. they split up that night. another bands drummer didnt sandbag his kit on the drum riser and played till the kit went over the edge in the middle of a track and a cymbal nearly killed the bass/vocalist.
