The same ones saying we need to take your guns because of the shootings-most of the shootings are due to gangs fighting for turf due to the drug war created by the DEA.
thank you so much for sharing your views on this subject. i have recently been in the horrible position of having to defend my need for pain medication and feeling afraid to ask for medication because i don't want to be perceived as a "drug seeker".
What has happened to compassion? When did we stop expecting this from our physicians?
People, you REALLY do not want the Govt in the middle of your relationship with your doctor... Do you not understand this? (watch all the videos again, then - all SIX of them).
Right On! DocAlex as a chronic pain patient you are telling it like it is. If we as citizens of the U.S don't take immediate action , the future will not allow Dr.s to prescribe opioid medications to treat pain even for those intractable pain patients who tuly need them to function or have any quality of life. There is no balance. It is a shame to see my 68 yr. old grandma be treated like some dope fiend when she needs codeine just to sleep well at night.

Ok, I get a lollipop! I watched all 6 videos!
I think that this set of videos is one of the best in explaining the plight of the American pain patient.
Thank you Dr. Deluca!

I am so sorry, jordanocean, about your grandma.
I hate the drug war so very very much.
