its hard to believe there is that many runners in one church. ii've seen things like this before. it usually starts with one sincere person and then a few "copycats" who are not really in the spirit. idk about jumping in the baptistry, that seemed to really be in the flesh. you could see him size it up then go for it. besides, even if i was in the spirit, i would try and avoid the baptistry just out of respect for what it is. the scripture says "the spirit is subject to the prophet".
