All laws against use if drugs are rooted in Mosaic Law (which was incorporated into British Common Law in the 9th Century by King Alfred the Great). Simply put a few citizens who were in a position of influence decided that people getting high on drugs was evil from God's viewpoint and therefore it should be a crime to get high on drugs. Asa Hutchinson is the same ilk who believes God is against drug users. He is a PIG of the 1st order and a traitor to freedom of the Declaration of Independence

I haven't heard of Congressman Hutchinson before, but the man is a depraved fascist that he'd continue the poisoning of Colombian crops and forests. Where do we get the right to destroy innocent farms around the area? Even if you could somehow justify that kind of indiscriminate biological warfare in response to OUR demand problem, that'd mean the Colombian govt could respond by air-spraying poison indiscriminately on our farms in the interest of killing the tobacco we export to Colombia.

Ethan Nadelmann has been on the forefront of this civil rights issue for a long time, there's no doubt that we are fortunate to have brave intellectuals like him standing up for our rights in times of unrelenting persecution.

@truthslap Yes he has been on the front lines for a long time, so why hasn't he mentioned the bill of rights referring specificlly to the ninth with the 21st as the already enumerated right.
