Its not actually Balanchine's coreography.The name comes from a production where all the coreographies presented payed homage to a famous coreographer.The inspiration comes from the great Balanchine style and that is translated into the scenery and costumes,as you can see.This coreography was presented in competitions and the name used for it was: IL CHERCHE!So,we can conlude from this that there isn't anything illegal about the authorship of it.However,The only mistake is the title of the video

in fact is not a Balanchine's choreography! it takes the name for being part of a show where each choreography pays homage to a famous choreographer, so this was created IN THE STYLE of Balanchine, as the technique, scenery, costumes .. in the competitions name that was used was IL CHERCHE! in other words, there is nothing illegal about the authorship, however there is a mistake about the title of the video.

I was fist introduced to Balanchine in Fort Worth, Texas where Paul Mejia was the artistic director of the ballet and husband to the famous Suzanne Farrell, a Balanchine protegé and repetiteur. I became a huge fan of Balanchine choreography. My favourite was his Serenade.

This is the closest thing to it that I have found online. Thank you for posting this video. Please tell us more about this performance, i.e. company, choreographer, location, etc.
