@005E500 You probably had a 100 responces but, the solo is acoustic from the metal version of the song, the original has the same notes in the solo tough even tough it is played with distortion on the Mr. Big version. (1 note is removed tough, the Low E pluck)

I liked the music , I just didn't care for the lyrics.

truthfuly I was confused by the entire accoustic revival durring the 80s

it starts to make more sense from the 90s perspective where you might have acoustic and electric elements in a piece.

I was just never comfortable with "hey look this is how we sound unplugged"

or "hey this is our band trying to squeeze in an acoustic piece to look talented."
