Question: Is "are shitai yara, kore shitaikunai yara" a dialect of Osaka. I never here people say this in Okinawa.

I had grown up in Tokyo area for 30 years. "A-re shitai yara ko-re shitai yara" was a common phrase there.

Both 「ほおって」and 「ほうって」 are correct.

「ほおって」sounds more colloquialism, which is more natural as spoken language, while 「ほうって」 sounds more formal, which is good as written language. Thanks.
