led lights are horrible. led's don't last more than 60000 hours, hence if you keep your car for 10 years and the led's die out you will have to buy a whole new tail-light which will cost £300+ instead of a 60p bulb (chances are after 10 years they wont be making them anymore).
Why has chinese superb steering wheel with wood, why are there two chrome tailpipes, why is there chrome mask, why it is not in Germany or Czech republic, where the superb is made....?????! Is it possible? I really don't understand it, in Germany aren't rich people or what? And sorry for my English, I can't speak English well and I'm very annoyed
@throwmaner well, this one is actually made in shanghai China, not inported from Czech, And it is cheaper also, but comparing the average income in China, they still need work a lot more for that car than europeans
@wenbo18 i ment that this is czech car, it isn't important where the car is made. It's about gear inside and outside of the car, why aren't these things in Europe
@throwmaner simple, the chinese like their car fully loaded with all the new tech, and the luxury decorations. while in europe skoda is not about that , there r simply not enough skoda buyer like u care about the LED taillights. It's not about rich or poor, it's a car taste thing. this is 'what i meant', this is a superb made in china for the chinese
@wenbo18 ok, you are talking about full load, but they for example can't have 3,6 FSI engine in their cars, the best engine they can have is only 2,0 TSI and they haven't 18" wheels what i know and etc....
irony is i'm custom fitting the 2006 passat rear led lights to my old 1990 rapid, using two either side and a trick flip brake / reverse in the inner pair
@loufadoros20 China likes a lot of chrome on the car as well as flashy lights... I think I prefer the regular tail lights used in Europe by Skoda.. Its far more elegant, easy on the eyes and visible as well... LED is so strong as pushing pins in your eyes :)) lol I recognize for example an octavia miles away from its distinctive tail lights
@marfaulkner hmm i am not a skoda dealer... so i can't help you on that, however what can i do is to advise you visiting the website of skoda in your region, they will propably know!!!
