I fell asleep listening to this 2 nights ago and the next morning I woke up and felt dazed and confused. For the rest of the day I felt really relaxed and care free. In many situations I kept spacing out and hearing words like 'trance' 'sleep' and 'relaxed' from random people who were talking around me although I'm pretty sure that's not what they actually said.
